Well I installed the demo. Now we play the waiting game.

No code this morning. But thats kind of a blessing, as I won't be fidgeting too much at work.
 
I thought I was the only one who STILL haven't received his code but I see I'm not alone.

Do I have to keep waiting or it's supposed everything is done now?
We have to send pics with the download list and timestamps or something like that with proof of purchase?

In any case I think it's fairly normal, I mean, sending vouchers to each person who bought the game.

Didn't have anything in my inbox either when I left this morning. That said though, I was always expecting to be late to this party since I live in Canada, lol. Hopefully, it's there when I get back tonight.
 
Given how calm the thread is now compared to the insane activity some hours earlier, I assume just about all of the PS3 folk either received their vouchers and are playing Skrillgrillz as we speak or couldn't handle the hype and committed sudoku.

No Voucher message for me yet either. I'm in Canada so maybe we're a little slow eh?
 
I'm sure it's not about the country.
I live in Chile but the account I used to buy the game is North American and most of my friends who bought it the same way already got their vouchers.

I hope downloading the demo didn't somehow throw off their system. I've still got nothing. Hopefully there will be a message when I get home.
 
I swear if the reason that they are taking so long is because they are adding in Ileum at the last moment... i will be perfectly fine with it...

I'm assuming the message code is just for a small unlock file? I downloaded the demo hoping that at least I'll be ready to rock once the message comes.
 
I'm really confused. If psn can tell what games you've purchased before why the need for this voucher crap

I'm willing to give Sony some benefit of the doubt that there was in fact something in their system that would make this the most straightforward way to do this. Then again I also have an office day job and can't play for another 9 hours anyways so I'm at least spared sitting at home chomping at the bit for my message, lol.

On that note Mike, did Sony give any sort of timeline on when we should actually bug them if we haven't received anything, and a contact point should it come up?

I did that yesterday morning, still got my code.

Yeah I just got off and figured it be here considering it was supposed to be here yesterday. It could just be a money grab to get impatient people to double up on it.
 
I just hope I get my voucher and download it before I have to leave for my trip in a few hours. But I have a strong feeling that I won't get it until later -_-

Eh, they do not only have to generate that download codes, and likely verify they're good or do whatever makes it check out when you actually use it, on top of actually sending every message which may not be one giant simultaneous dump, and deal with routing all of that extra message traffic. At the worst, I would generally assume minor incompetence on a company's part before I would think malicious intent.
 
Also for others who are stuck working or whatever like me, don't forget you can access both your messages and the PSN store from the phone app, if your PS3 is plugged in and connected to the internet at home I'm pretty sure you can have it downloaded by the time you get home once the message comes :D

Eh it's probably a simple mistake. But I'm tired of giving people the benefit of the doubt.
 
I won't lie, I'm a bit frustrated. I completely understand this is a process, but I had a nice little window from yesterday afternoon to this afternoon where I had all the free time in the world to play. Now I may have to wait another day or two to jump in unless it comes, like, right now :(

Decided to check before leaving for work and nothing. If I didnt't just get Bravely Default to occupy my time, I might have been a bit upset.
 
Still no code on my end, what a load of garbage.

Leave it to Sony to consistently screw up everything regarding PSN.

Only reason I care is because I've got friends with crappy PCs who can't fully appreciate the Steam version.
