How do you think Eliza's anatomy works?

I just find the way Sehkmet is shaped to be weird, because the skull looks like it would pierce two holes through the top of Eliza's head, her teeth would be permanently shaped into fangs (which isn't the case since she has normal teeth for the majority of Story Mode and during gameplay), and her chest would collapse into itself due to her lack of ribs. How she even has enough blood in her body to create models of boats and sphinxes and such is ridiculous. Maybe I'm just overthinking it.
 
I imagine that Eliza herself is made entirely out of blood.
-spooky skeleton of course.
 
I'd think her body is like jello it can mold into any shape, anything that's missing could be subsituted with blood like a ribcage and a heart.

Parasites are skilled shapeshifters so changing those skull points, teeth, ribs, and eyes when pretending to be human is easy.

There's plenty of blood inside and outside Sekhmet, but those bigger blood attack constructs could be hollow. Because blood is mostly water, it would be difficult to compress it and store more of it without great effort. Eliza's viscera is stored in canopic jars for protection when Sekhmet is out so I imagine they she is quite skilled to adjust vital functions so quickly on the fly.

I like to think that Eliza is a parasite of Sekhmet since the only thing that seems to remain from Eliza's body is her brain (and maybe some other important internal organs like her heart).
So.. In a way Eliza is really inside Sekhmet

You don't get it.
Eliza IS Sekhmet since the beginning of the universe or since Sekhmet existed and took Eliza as its host.
Eliza's merely an outer shell of Neferu. Also, since when did a human become a parasite?
She's lucky Serious Sam didn't come to his tomb and kill her sorry clamps when he's time-traveling.

I totally forgot about the story mode... I guess that explains everything.

Sekhmet is stil a parasite, but it inhabits the body that is formerly Eliza, so there's that. Sekhmet isn't a vampire, but it requires blood to sustain its life cycle. Same goes for the Medicis and the Life gem. No Life Gem = No eternal youth.
 
She keeps her chest aloft on the crushed dreams of Annie fans.

I've never managed to think about Eliza as two entities. To me, it just seems like a skeleton disguised as human. They act like one entity, so I think that only Sekhmet exists.
 
Eliza uses the blood of the innocent to keep her form.
 
Also, remember that it's not literally blood that Eliza and Sekhmet control. Alex clarified that it's actually lots of unknown cells that in their default state happen to look like blood. This is why they can be hardened and change color on command.

Ok guys, I decided to look at a couple of Eliza's moves in slow-motion in Training mode, and it appears that she/Sehkmet are not limited to just blood manipulation or separating from one another. It appears they're capable of liquifying muscle mass as well. This can seem quite clearly when Eliza uses the full version of Upper Khat, since the blood required for that move comes directly from Eliza's legs, and when used, shows Sekhmet's legs quite visibly. This might explain why Eliza's moves are solid to an extent and why they have a sort -of 'umph' to them, rather than being blood-based that can just easily wash over the opponent instead of damaging them.
