My friend just sent me this, thought I'd share. There's a lot more than the a-cho video.

Thanks @Broken Loose for tweeting this. Poccola bangs the machine

YAY! More TRF Footage! (I hope the tournaments that Mike keeps tweeting about get put on Twitch or Youtube because I would REALLY like to watch them. And not have to pay for Nico)

Double-posting, because I THINK this is the tournament that @Mike_Z tweeted about the other day. And ShinATProof is playing at 25:06.

... ... are these tournaments really BO1? That's some pretty extreme SG right there!

It seems like arcade tournaments are either: BO1, or best 2/3 games with no chance to counterpick in between games (The 2/3 rounds for non-1v1 matches thing). Neither option is bad, it's just that I wonder if there is anything in the NESICA system preventing players from rematching each other after each game to go back to char select. It's probably also their preference, which is okay too.

Maybe difficult to implement. Also i'm pretty sure they are not entirely done with the arcade version quite yet. So who know.

@videoman190 thanks for posting these videos! I have a question, do you know why at the start of most of these games, one player lets the other player kill one of his characters?

videoman comes through again. I like this guy a lot more than the previous one hundred and eighty nine videomen.

I think it's interesting they're using rounds for teams to avoid having to go back to the main menu between every game. Is SIG the Robo/Big Band/Fukua player? It's his colors and characters, I'm just not sure because I didn't think he used Beat Extend or anchor Fukua.

I almost thought it was a real tournament this time but around 10 minutes in they start using their weird house rules. I don't get TRF.

Yeah, I still don't understand TRF either. They won't even rock a 2v3. Requiring a Trio to fight at 2/3 HP against an untouched Solo or Duo is kinda broken, and the person playing Trio barely makes it out if ever.

What's even the point of playing trio if that's how it works? You're only going to get to use 2 characters anyways so why not play duo? I don't get itttttttttttttt

Really cool side switch at 22:20. I've seen that done with e brake but I didn't realize you could just jump and push j.MK.

Looks like TRF stopped with the weird house rules?

Yeah I didn't see anyone intentionally letting their characters die. Much better!

Oh shit, I forgot about those house rules.

Its me or they just don´t have high level yet? I saw dropped combos everywhere and play very weird.

arcades only got sg in october. If you watch any tournament from 2012 here, you'll see the same thing.
