Shin Megami Tensei and Persona

Persona 4 still refuses to fucking die, it seems.
Yu Narukami, The Sister Complex Kingpin of Steel, is back at it again!
Also, I would be surprised if it wasn't him, as Arc systems might be making a Persona 5 Arena in the future. Putting the newest protagonist would dull the hype for that possible future title. (Also everyone knows Yu).

ITs real simple: they already have the assets for 20+ characters, and by god they are gonna use them.

Besides, You guys will probably want P5Arena in that crisp heavenly GGXrd format, and they are busy with DBZF at the moment

True, that would be amazing. I am expecting P5A to release, if it is truly going to happen, in early 2019. They probably have a team working through ideas and such, but most employees are focusing on this new title and the Dragon Ball Game.

so remember when I made a fucking joke about flappers being too progressive for persona 5

fuckin' well about that

So I just found this from an anime out of the blue and I dont know what its about but I feel like I gotta watch it all the way through

oh wow, who could have predicted this outcome

the milking begins

there's also rumors of a Persona Q 2 with the P5 crew and I'd be down as fuck for that cuz I really liked PQ.

A1 pictures is a good studio to go for. Former Subrise employees.

I mean, they were the ones behind Erased after all.

Oh, great... now it's going to go to Aniplex and it probably won't get dubbed for the same bullshit reason they never bothered to dub the Persona 3 movies.

Anime should just be in the style of the opening extended over 13 episodes

No one actually talks or anything, just stylish teens skating where they shouldn't and adults looking cross about it

Have Meguro make more tracks for it and I'll take it.

So, does that make Persona 4: Dancing Sun Night

It's so weird that we got Persona 4 Arena first as the start of the P4 MultiMedia Blitz, and made sense that we got P4 Dancing All Night first because it felt like a going-away/retirement party.
And yet this time we start with the Dancing Party.
Also for some reason Minato is back from the dead and Boogie-ing.

I'm starting to think it's better we leave him dead

Marie never met the P5 or P3 gang personally though...even in P4U she was too busy guarding the town from Not Nyarly.

Also kinda slightly sad we dont get p5A first but with cross tag batle I understand. Also yay its not on the vita maybe I can play these ones.

honestly expecting Persona 2 Dancing Rumor Night and Persona 1 Dancing Chaos Night any day now lol.

Just hoping Persona Q2 fixes the clunkiness of PQ and has actual balancing for having over 20 characters they want you to use >_>

Also how curious that Ruin wanted the anime to be just dancing from the intro but games about it makes him irrate
It's the style of it
i mostly just want sick-ass animation like the opening directed by Sayo Yamamoto

Dancing All Dark Hour and Dancing All Night In Bed just don't have the same flavor as the opening

trying to have his own strange journey while Atlus ruins the first one

tbh I'm still surprised its Strange journey XD

I guess it is easier to remake in the SMT4/Soul Hackers Engine but we know SMT4 could do 3D so why not something with simpl-ish 3D like one of the Raidou games? I'm positive that would've gained a lot more traction than Strange Journey. I love Strange Journey but its really not that old yet...

i hope to god they never touch raidou again, as much as that hurts to say
sometimes things you love need to stay dead

I recently went back to Raidou 1 and I kinda disagree. I love the games, but the combat could really use an update. the 3D combat using prerendered backgrounds never quite felt fluid in many of the areas. I do really want them to go back and maybe give the combat a good once over, even if that's the only thing touched.

It's better than the elitism known as Nocturne...

summoner series has aged p well imo

i would love another one in its style, but i have a feeling it would be ruined, so i agree with Ruin

Raidou could be done a lot better.
Just not by modern Atlus.
