that's right Mascarpone Shutterfly, my uncle that works at SEGA, has confirmed that Infinite is the true final boss and final unlockable character in Super Smash Bros and that he's the strongest and the coolest and the strongest in the whole series

Because that's what it means to be Infinite?
 
They could go all out and add a "melee" mode with as much content and rules straight from the old game as possible. Would reduce the need of old hardware on side tournaments
 
there should be a mode that scrambles your brain and erases your memories of Melee and makes it so that when you see someone playing melee you just see static and hear a horrible ear piercing screech

the only third parties i will accept are:
Simon Belmont (to unite the Captain N team)
and Slime, from Dragon Quest
everything and everyone else is bad

Honestly smash 4s roster was so satisfying I don't know who else to add outside of 3rs parties. Going to try anyway

i can't believe Cap is going to have 4 legs in 5mash

I'd rather buzzwole be a stage hazard or a master ball Mon where he just fucking pummels whoever he targets

 
Buzzwole's way to big, like even sized down his hit box would still bigger than Ganondorf's hit box vertically and a full arm lengths punch (amusing no theatrics are involved) would be longer than most of the sword fighters.

I don't think well be seeing a Gen VII in the roster this time round. But Decidueye makes since in terms of size, movement, and moveset. Mimikyu has a decent following and could have a decent moveset as well. The rest of Gen VII I don't see happening, despite UB popularity or even Tsareena, Lurantis, and Salazzle's popularity.

Also I wouldn't mind have a Warioware rep to actually rep Warioware rather than the ball of weirdness known as Wario.
 
Buzzwole is the same height as Hugo from Street Fighter
he's not that tall, and Smash could use a real Big Body

I kinda like Wario being his Warioware Shitpost self, I mean, I understand the Wario Land salt, but I can't imagine Wario not being a living Shitpost in Smash.

if custom specials were actually different moves and not variations, then Wario could actually have moves based on both series and keep the same slot
but you know, lol to that and such

Well I'm not saying we should change Wario (well other than maybe changing his f-smash from his fist to a short shoulder tackle), but an actual character that makes clear references to Warioware in their moveset. Either it being a reference to some of the minigames or the "lore" of Warioware, not every move mind you (like Duckhunt levels of references), just enough to have that Warioware charm without it being just "Wario being weird".
 
Your options are:
Ashley (Due to fan favorite)
Mona (Due to being in EVERY single game and also being loved)
And maybe 9-Volt (only other Warioware character to be in every game and also have enough to draw from for a moveset)
 
honestly, I feel saying Sans could be in because of the Switch port is kind of a stretch. no one said Adam Jensen could have been an entrant for Smash 4 because theres a Deus Ex port for WiiU.

Well I was actually just about to say
People are saying we could theoretically get the Dovahkiin in Smash because Skyrim is on Switch and it was kinda a big deal.
Imagine that shit.
We at the Bethesda Conference and then Todd Howard comes in, excitedly saying "WE've ported Skyrim to one more thing... well, just watch"
[Dovahkiin in Smash trailer plays, Society breaks down as Twitch screams "TODD!!!!!!!!!!!!!" in unison]

So, get used to people saying "X is on Switch and is very popular! They could be in Smash! They can't ignore the legacy of it!"

Simon and Slime are the only choices I won't balk at and even Simon would be tinged in an overall Fuckonami air
so really Slime is the only actual pure choice

Real talk though, I have a feeling that this time around there won't be too many brand new franchises. Not too many brand spankin' new IPs that are noteworthy

We got Splatoon, yeah, we also got ARMS and... uhhhhhh... definitely Yokai Watch, but that aside I think it'll mostly Indie, Third Party, or double dipping into other franchises.
Might get some retro dabblings here and there, though.

Maybe something for Nintendo LABO?
Also don't forget that they might be looking at some of the runner-ups from the Smash Ballot.

I just want my boy Hades, we need more villains in general
 
I think Climbers and Wolf have pretty good chances
characters like Y. Link and Pichu are dead in bed and can stay where they are
I think we might see some of the more egregious clones get folded into their main slot and just be costumes like Alph was

as for Hades, I had an idea for him
so if he was added, a lot of people think that Hades, if he wasn't an original moveset, would be a clone of falcon or something
but i have a different idea
one more meta and more trollish than anything like that
make Hades a clone of Snake since Snake will never be back anyways

We're probably also likely to get at least one new Xenoblade character due to Xenoblade 2 AND Xenoblade Chronicles X

But yeah I think Hades (Or Viridi) has a decent chance this time, and that suggestion would be funny, in all honesty.
I mean Sakurai couldn't resist adding Palutena and Dark Pit last time, what's to stop him from adding another two characters from his game this time?
 
I have a feeling Xenoblade 2 will be more likely to get a rep than X.

I mean, one had a bunch of marketing, the other was borderline sabotaged to fail due to a refusal to market it.

and I'm still saying, Nia is a pretty solid choice for a Xenoblade 2 rep.

How the fuck we didn't get Masked Dedede as a Dragon Install Final Smash still fucking boggles my mind.
