Jiren was kinda boring to watch, next to no personality. Then again, A LOT of characters were in the tournament so character development for everyone would have been tough.

The anime version inhibited hia emotions on purpose. The manga version has a lot more character to work with, but it's also much more likely the anime one will take presedence
 
Jiren can do a one-handed spirit bomb while doing a kickflip on a skateboard
i heard he'll bring beer to your party too even if you're too young

Isn't there supposed to be one where Frieza beats Bardock? There was a screen of it that clearly wasn't part of the reverse.

Also, Majin Buu's mouth is a normal tongue color and inside color as per anime standard. Why does Kid Buu (who is Majin Buu, but more powerful) have a green tongue?

Neat, one of the better movie villains, and I heard Android 17 was good in that
Overall impressions, meh. The inclusion of two more fucking versions of characters we already have 2 variants of stings so much, especially since this Season Pass is fucking $35!!!
 
I might think twice and just get the base roster and not the DLC for this game. Caulifla is not happening.
 
Also, is there an option in this game where you can set it to one on one and not 3v3 every time?

Assuming it's real, uhhh... yeah, I don’t like it.

I've never been a real hater of Base Goku as I'd always like another install super, but we already have AGohan and all the Saiyans play kinda similar... Base Vegeta, I feel like he just has less of a potential moves than Majin Vegeta.

As I'm writing this, I failed to remember two of the characters because the fusions are like clones without even some of the controversy, so they're forgettable. We already have two sword Saiyans.

CLF. Combined with the voice announcement it's looking to be Cooler, but what would the theme of that pack be? It could also be Caulifla, and that would be ToP characters. If it's Cooler then we've already gotten a big bruiser this season in addition to 16 and arguably Nappa. If it's Caulifla that's another Saiyan when the season pass is saturated with them. I also really think she hasn't gotten that much screentime but will get lots more, and they should wait on her. Kefla would be fine right now.

Oh, and 17. He's... fine. When he showed off that tracking arrow energy blast that was good enough for me, he has enough new moves. I just am tired of every DB fan clamoring for the latest in screentime. Instead of classic icons like Roshi, King Piccolo, Launch (who?), even Bulma or Kid Goku. Or Dabura and Dr. Gero (what's a Raditz?).
 
CLF is unlikely to be Caulifla since so far the first 2 letters have always been the name of character and third one indicated form of character.

This fits Cooler Final Form. Caulifla would probably have something like CFS for Caulifla Super Sayian.
 
It's more than likely they were waiting for the TOP to finish up before taking in anyone from there.

fused zamasu is gonna be hype. A17 is cool because he really got to shine in the latest arc.not really concerned about the others mainly cause I care about unique playstyles and a dbz game without a spirit bomb is just wrong
 
I'd be fine with normal Goku where the Kaioken is a mechanic

It isn't, but before there was some room for doubts, that it could just refference to avatars or something, but now we have them signed as DLC characters.

There was only doubt for two as the rest already had other assets (voice clips or in-game models) present in the game files. And the avatars was still a pretty convincing piece of evidence because of the reasons the guy put forth.
 
But if we’re going by avatars as an example, then get ready for the next DLC character, PUAR!

Only if you make Puar a mix between Charade and double (in that they can shapeshift and use other people's moves) with some references to things like the pair of scissors and a Launch based move.

I think that would be the only way Launch, Chichi, and some other characters make it in beyond voice packs.

Wait, let me rephrase this: the DLC leak is an April Fools joke, and we're really getting Caulifla next!
