Yup, jumping the gun again, 'cuz one of my favorite times of year is coming up within less than a month.
E3 will be here with us as early as June 9, giving us peeks into upcoming games we know about, revealing brand new ones we (hopefully) didn't know about, and overall just being a fun activity to do with your friends (Who doesn't love having a good snark fest with your friends at EA's expense?)

Like previous years, E3 is starting a bit earlier than the scheduled date, with conferences starting outside of E3, ones separate from E3, and just before E3 is open to the public at large.
These press conferences are where most of the big information will be revealed, of course.

As before, here are all the scheduled times (So far, will be updated as time goes on)
Remember, most times listed are Pacific Standard Time, and I will list the appropriate matching Eastern Standard Time to go with it!
(Though, if you don't wanna read a lot, here's a picture to help!)
tumblr_inline_p9v8h1r8Kv1rskbwd_1280.png

EA is, for some reason, once more not going to E3, instead opting to do another "EA play event"
The Press Conference will begin on June 9th, 11:00am PDT (2:00pm EST)

Microsoft comes soon after, they are still going to E3, but their big conference will be held at a "Microsoft Theater", and Phil Spencer promised a postive change, and "fun things for everyone", let's hope
The Press Conference will begin on June 10th, 1:00pm PDT (4:00pm EST)

Bethesda begins on the same day, promising their longest conference yet, and teasing new games as early as May 14th. Hoping that we'll get DOOM 2 there!
The Press Conference begins June 10th, 6:30pm PDT (9:30pm EST)

Devolver Digital gets another conference this year after their parodic, Eric Andre-like conference last year. It'll prob be quite funny and maybe have some decent game reveals.
The "Press Conference" Begins June 10th, 8pm PDT (11:00pm EST)

Square Enix
begins the next day after, and hopefully this is where we'll get some long over do Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts information
The Press Conference begins June 11th, 10:00am PDT (1:00pm EST)

Ubisoft picks up not too long after, and usually this is one I look forward to, hoping we'll get Watch_Dogs 3 there or something
The Press Conference begins June 11th, 1:00pm PDT (4:00pm EST)

The PC Gaming Show will come as well, this historically has not been as big of a conference/reveal fest as the other conferences, so keep your expectations low
The Press Conference begins June 11th, 3:00pm PDT (6:00pm EST)

Sony finally closes out the day with their historically door busting conferences, Showing off "Deep dives" of Spider-Man, TLOU Part 2, Ghost of Tsushima, and Days Gone, while still showing new games here and there
The Press Conference begins June 11th, 6:00pm PDT (9 PM EST)

Nintendo ends the conferences with their Nintendo Direct, focusing on Switch games releasing in 2018, with a specific focus on Super Smash Bros (for Switch)
The Nintendo Direct begins June 12th, 9:00am (12pm EST)

Should any other conferneces get announced, they'll be added, but I believe this is all of 'em.

So, there ya go, let the annual E3 hype thread begin. Talk about what you hope to see there, what you don't hope to see, what you think each conference will have, make predictions, and your crazy hopes that could maybe come true this year!

I've been waiting for Devil May Cry 5 announcement way too long. Capcom better stop blue-balling me. :V

DOOM 2 would also be nice but it's pretty much confirmed Id Software is working on Rage 2 instead.

The weird thing is how little of a showing Microsoft has on floor this year. Especially with their fun things for everyone promise.

Wikipedia said Sony's conference was at 9 PM PDT, but clearly they meant 9 PM EST. Updated the schedules.

Hoping the rest isn't outdated 'cuz I don't wanna have to update too much eurgh.

Also who bets that Microsoft will reveal a crossover game with all their IPs, 'cuz that sounds like "Fun for everyone"

What IPs? Because unless if they start reviving some of the failed Xbox IPs like Blinx, Whacked, and Sneakers; the only IPs they have are the Rare IPs, Halo, and Gears of War franchises. Which would have to stretch pretty far for a crossover game.

... Voodoo Vince? :PUN:
But yeah I don't think that'll hapepn now that you mention it.

But you know what COULD happen...

....
....
....
Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale Sequel or remake.

I wonder what Nintendo is up to... Pokemon Switch project is still 2018 or later, but they've been kinda quiet on upcoming releases....

In fact I think about everyone has. Its so bizzare, the amount of release dates we have for the latter part of this year right now is shockingly low, despite knowing games are supposed to come out this year.

Wouldn't surprise me if everyone's saving up their big announcements for E3 this year, even more so than usual. We'll just have to wait and see if the announcement density surpasses that of previous years.

There's been a number of fake real and every thing in between. But I'm gonna do a list of predictions right now, without looking into anything or believing what I have seen.
Beyond Good and Evil will be a main highlight with gameplay trailer
Borderlands 3
Shooter of the Year (Battlefield or CoD IDK/IDC)
Sportballs and Racing
Fortnight/PuBG mention
and I highly doubt we'll see anything from Rare this year other than maybe Sea of Thieves DLC
??? honestly kinda hard to predict Dad of War just came out and Insomniac Spiderman coming out soon so IDK what's gonna come next be let's try anyway
WB might announce something during Sony's presentation to cash in on the superhero craze
But honestly all I want is PS:AS2 and Lollipop Chainsaw 2
Smash at the beginning and end 2 character reveals at the beginning with gameplay after the trailers and a 3rd party at the end of the "conference"
Yoshi get full title and new revealed gimmick to set it apart from Wooly World
Paper Mario
Sonic R trailer
Pokemon switch title drop(s)
Donkey Kong
Metriod gameplay
What might be one of the best/worst idea I thought of; a half hour long animated smash trailer for the first half of the presentation with the last half being switch releases until the 3rd party reveal
And I bet that either Sony or Micro will tease a new console, if not both of them.

You forgot possibly some Bayonetta 3 for the Nintendo.

As for Sony Only two things I hope for : KH3 and FF VII HD Remake

Actually I did completely forgot that Bayo 3 and FF VII HD where even a thing.
And as for KH I don't know if Micro will edge out or buy out the announcement or even the old early release date.

I think you can expect Sony's focus to be on Last of Us 2 and Ghosts of Tsushima.

Oh, turns out Rage 2 is made by Avalanche Studios (they made Mad Max game) so there is still chance for DOOM 2 to show. :D

Curses! I'm gonna be starting work when Sony does their conference. I'll probably end up seeing the reveals on my usual sites before seeing the actual conference. It really takes some of the punch out of any surprising reveals.

Mostly looking forward to Sony and Smash Bros. with a side of cool Nintendo surprises.

Screw that, avoid social Media and go to your preferred Twitch Streamer who will be live reacting and watch their recording.

That way you get the presentation AND some fun reactions.

Please send me a link of previous year's conference. I need to see it.

E3's first conference is officially in 8 days, so we are very close to the time. Let's get hype and start talking about stuff
The first conference will be EA like usual, prob gonna be horribly funny.
Take a shot every time they talk about a sports game

The EA drinking game? Dear god man that's been known to kill people!

Though I did remember that we are gonna get more info on the Medievil remake/boot, so rehype up for me.

Just one week to go!
I admit I'm not quite ready.
Gonna be crazy and pull me out of my depression

I don't even care that Windows Update is on the same day as the Nintendo Direct, 'cuz the update won't come until AFTER that is done (but I sure hope the Update is good)

I expect at the EA conference we'll get lootboxes

But at the Nintendo Direct I hope we get at leas tone new brand new IP and Waluigi in Smash Bros

Sony's uploading 6+ trailers leading up to their Conference on Monday, they opened with Tetris Effect, a VR Game that showed... nothing else.

In more depressing news, Crackdown 3 is rumored to be delayed until 2019.
So, calls for this ever relevant gif.

Update: Yup, it's official. Yeowch.

EA so far started OK, Battlefield happened and that was painful, manly for the poor guy who had to present it, but then sportsball hit and it started going down hill.

Hate to Triple Post, but EA's conference is going to Begin in 30+ minutes, at which point we'll finally have some stuff to talk about
Hop in so we can at least get some Schadenfreude at EA's expense.
Link is here.
Don't worry about triple posting when they're that far apart and when you're also providing useful information for people.

I appreciate it and im sure others do as well.

Yeah, I woke up and saw people talking about E3 starting today and went to check schedules and saw it was just EA and was honestly confused how anyone thought today would matter.

Because shitshows are still shows.

That conference wasn't as bad as it could've been, Unravel 2 and Sea of Solitude were huge highlights,a dn i hope Battlfield V is good.
But...
man, fuck, Anthem actually looks good.
I'm kinda mad how interested I am in that game.
No Lootboxes and stuff, and that big boi Colossus looks amazing.

On the other hand...
ANOTHER MOBILE GAME SPOTLIGHTED.
And it was Command & Conquer, of all things!? Jesus, way to desecrate a corpse.
Sometimes, dead is better...

So this happened.

As someone who put a couple hundred hours into the last one my entire comment on this is "maybe it will be good this time".

WB Games is the Publsiher for this one, it will be complete on release, with 3 expansions (That may be episodic), and there will be an optional extra co-op mode, "Sniper", which is inspired by Hitman Sniper, and will have you focus ondifferent characters/assassins, which is interesting.
First map revealed is Miami, with a Speedway, of course.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps is the only thing I remember that I care about from Microsoft. But they did manage to positively surprise me before so unlike EA conference I'll keep watch.
