I think there's a memory leak where if you don't focus the game, it'll hitch at first launch, preventing you from closing it properly (Task manager doesn't list it). Luckily logging out of Steam fixes the stuck game. Oh also this enemy shouldn't display like this: (He was idle on the ground...
