I have to stick with a pad till I can afford a wired stick, so who is the most pad friendly characters in the game? I'm worse with pad because my fine motor skills are awful.
 
Are you using a PS3 or Xbox controller? I think the only character that gives me blisters after a long time is Parasoul thanks to the D-pad (PS3), since I'm always holding down back. Cerebella is great because if you mainly use the D-pad, just swap to the stick when you need to do her 360 grab, but I also don't use her charge moves as much as I should so there's that to consider.

Filia, Squigly, Bella, Valentine, and Painwheel work fine in my experience. Parasoul is ok too for a few matches or if she's in a party (or if you avoid spamming her charge moves). I haven't played the other characters enough to give you a good opinion.

Either Filia or Squigly are probably be the easiest for me to use on a pad.
