@Zidiane, you thought it was impressive that they could do double deflector link s.mk? well, guess what...
I was always a bit unsure about how deflector worked : whatever the number of hits you did with the projectile, it staggers the opponent.
aaaaaand the obvious answer is : it staggers whatever happens, even if you already used stagger before in the same combo!

So I'm gonna tell it officially : nice try Korea, thank you for the idea, but now it's my turn to do "better"! "Better" being the name of my next combo vid :p

This is one of the best combo videos I have ever seen, really cool combos and really good editing and effects.

maaaaaan. just downloaded the HD vid of this and i cant understate how significant this video is for skullgirls. like holy shit its all kinds of awesome.

you know what would be really cool? is if this video was actually featured in the game perhaps in the gallery section. i remember when i first completed devil may cry 3 spec ed. on PS2, i figured i was pretty hot shit and all, you unlock a "crazy combos" video in the gallery of some of the crazy shit you can do like jump cancel combos/weapon switching/royal guard parries etc, i was fucking blown away by what i was seeing.
It gave me a whole newfound appreciation for the game all over again and i started to actually practice all this crazy shit id just seen. i just couldnt believe the amount of depth that was below the surface of a game i thought id seen it all. and this was only from a crappy low res vid that had nowhere near the level of polish that this vid has.

what do you think @Mike_Z ? feasible? although i could see the music could cause problems.

also its a damn shame that this couldnt have been revealed at EVO on the main stage. like holy shit could you imagine seeing this for the first time at EVO before the finals??? man that would be something to experience for sure.

please please make another one with the full roster wheen they are done.

@Evilweevle It'll depend on what little spare time the team has, but I totally agree! This would be great gallery material. The only thing that worries me is copyright. Given the whole nightmare with Juju however long ago, I'm not sure Lab Zero would want to deal with copyright talks again. Also, the copyright may extend to the music used in the video as well which becomes a whole other issue.

This made me laugh so hard, you can't imagine. OF COURSE it extends to the music, there's no way in hell we could use it with music we don't own.
Funnily enough, the game footage used in the video makes the visual portion actually copyright Lab Zero, if you go by all that crazy let's-play-takedown crap.

... but goddamn, 2 minutes to get to the action? This ain't fuckin' Cannes, just get on with it already! Also, these kids and their music, blah blah get off my lawn.

Aw, come on! don't be so gloomy about it. MIKE Z HIMSELF sent the tip to SRK and Eventhubs? When the developer itself sends the tip about a fan work to a news site, that's a really big honor and proof it was recognized for its quality!

I still think it should appear somewhere on EVO. that's something amazing too isn't it? makes up for not being in the game gallery
(putting a video like that in fullHD and 60fps inside the game would make it at least 500MB larger too!)

FINALLY! Was starting to think I was the only one that wasn't completely excited about shiny effects that takes forever.
