Something about this feels so right and so wrong at the same time.
 
Whoever runs that channel needs to run that channel.

It has had a broken empty lobby for weeks
 
Is it possible to send private messages or something like that on twitch? If so, someone should tell them to update their version of the game.

EDIT: Or better yet, just configure the system so that it reboots the game every 24 hours, which would auto-force updates and mean that a lobby crash doesn't affect things for more than 24 hours at a time.
