I actually am picking her up lol, but I messaged obscura to see if he could put the link up. And of course I might just look on steam and page through it manually. I'll be back.
 
This guide suffers from the misconception that bypass xx scalpels is a free in, but sadly it is quite punishable with an air grab. Other than that the information is pretty decent after a quick scan.
