I tried Beowulf in the beta yesterday, and he was awesome! Here's Beo doing the "Well, what is it?"-pose from Dark Souls. The costume isn't accurate because I didn't use reference.

Awesome edit! Speaking of Giant's dad, I am 100% sure Big Band says "GIANT'S DAD!" instead of "GIANT STEP!".
 
Well actually the build is called Giantdad, not Giant's Dad. It is the Dad himself who is the Giant.

People are into a fighting game for the gameplay, the story, the art or any duo/trio of those. All of the motives are fine.

That said, I'd think that people who are so much into the art to draw fanart of it would at the very least pay enough attention to notice that Squigly has a skeletal hand and a gaping hole on her back.

Unless it's intentional to omit those, which is even worse. You're drawing a dead for 14 years mouth-sewn blue-skinned zombie anyway, what's the point of hiding her decay.

All the messed-up stuff in the SG universe, and the thing that grosses you out is Squigly, not the girl with the nails in her skin, or the girl who detaches her limbs and sprays blood everywhere, or the eldrich monster -- all of whom also have sexualized depictions of them? Guess it sounds better than "hiding decay of zombie fapwaifu". Because lets be honest, those butt drawings were created for a reason.

I mostly don't see why bother taking that effort specifically with an undead girl, only to (partly) try to pretend she ain't undead. Filia butt enthusiasts at least aren't fooling themselves.
