Administrative Off-Topic Forum Returns

Off-Topic Forums have returned!

After careful deliberation from feedback received on the decision to remove off-topic, the mod team has decided to reinstate the Off-Topic forum. This return comes with the same initiative of trying to make SH more discussion-focused, neater, and with less ambiguous rules. Therefore, the off-topic forum will also be getting a new set of rules under the new rules reform initiative. This means that not all threads from off-topic will be coming back, as they would be breaking the new rules in place.
