Eliza
I'm not much of a team fighter, I love dealing high damage with solo characters.
How viable is Solo Eliza?
Besides that, I'm having some trouble learning her. What are some good combos, BnB's and general tips when playing her?

Thanks in advance!

It all depends on how you play. She's a pretty okay solo. Also are there any specific combos you wanted? What can you do so far (in terms of combos)? Have you played fighters before? Do you know notation and stuff?

EDIT: Here's the bnb compendium I figure because they are bnbs they'll be easy:

Beginners resource page (it's not as updated as I'd like it but still handy:

If you're new to fighters I recommend you start with the defense guide since that's one important thing in sg you'll need and also the resets vs combos video.

Hi! I'm not very good, but I duo Eliza/Cerebella (Mostly because I learned Bella first [well, learned-ish] , and wanted a crutch while learning Eliza). Eliza's fairly powerful, has a lot of strong hits, and is incredibly versatile with her armor and anti-projectile tools. She also has a powerful air-grab that slams the opponent into a wall on hit, making it easy to trap the opponent in a corner. I've been working on cMK -> cHK -> Airgrab lately. She can also cancel her aerial attacks into an air dash, so I've been having fun with jHP -> dash -> jHP.

There's a guide for her here, which I should probably check out. Hope it helps!

Thanks for everything. I've been playing SG since release and I'm quite knowledgeable about fighting games, it was just Eliza who was giving me some trouble since I'm constantly seeing new stuff about her that I can't pull out, but thanks for everything and especially the BnB Compendium for Eliza.

Thanks for the guide Dave, it's also really useful.
