Hey you guys, I probably should have made this post earlier (before the Beowulf update) but I was wondering what people think of Eliza's light punch.

I have this problem, sometimes I'm able to confirm the first or second of LP but my opponent falls out of the third. This is typically an issue when using her LP on airborne opponents.
What do you guys think of her LP I've always thought it was weird I wonder if we could experiment with making the hit boxes just a little bigger vertically.

Or maybe I'm crazy and just not using it right what do you guys think?
 
No, in fact I've started to just confirm things off the first two hits it just seems to me that the third hit is less reliable some how. Have you noticed anything like this?
 
Are you referring to the beta version or the retail version? If the former, Mike reduced the hitstun on it so you can't reliably restand opponents with it anymore because... the animation took too long? I thought it was a silly unnecessary change but yeah.
 
Get into the habit of only using 1-2 hits of lp. I have this problem on double where certain characters fall out of jab restands if I use both hits, so this is something that might stretch across most of the cast.
 
I feel like Eliza's sLP is good in certain situations, but all three hits have almost always failed (save for the once-in-a-blue-moon occurrence when all of them hit), not that all three would tip the odds in my favour a large amount.

It's still useful here and there.
