Any chance of a "No Announcer" option? I myself will normally use an announcer cause I enjoy the various comments, though there are times that I'd like to hear what the characters are saying at the end of a match and sometimes the Announcer talks over them or for whatever reason the characters themselves speak too low to hear before the Announcer kicks in. *grabs helmet* >w<

Is there Anouncer Volume slider? I can't quite remember. That would solve mentioned problem and give more variety.

I mean, I could do it, but characters getting talked over are bugs, so point out those instances.

Ones I'm aware of are on here starting at 1:07, might have changed since then.
 
The announcer outright goes over Valentine at about 4:40 about halfway through her win quote if you need specific instances in the video.
 
There's only one now, but I'm wondering about all packs: So who writes the pack? Is it up to the voice actor to write and get approval, or do they get handed a script and occasionally improvise all the jokes?

For the record, when asked about alt voice packs during this week's Salty!, Mike mentioned "a 100% have been recorded, 0% have been implemented".

Not sure if announcer voice packs count as one of those is already implemented making it a non-0%, though maybe the question was about remaining voice packs?

I would imagine he meant 0% of the remaining voice packs were implemented, as otherwise he'd be forgetting his own voice pack, which is most likely impossible given it's pretty much the new default at UGC.

At Combo Breaker, Saturday Night Salt Live ran long in the 3v3 tourney so the updates preview segment with MikeZ didn't make it to broadcast. However, what could have been announced was caught by a few:
Mike just announced dazed announcer, salty parasoul, political double and saxploitation band and the tech for picking them.

Pretty sure someone recorded some of the new voices and will probably be uploading it. So you'll probably get a sneak peek a bit earlier than Mike implements them. Or he may implement them before, making the video mostly pointless. Who knows.
