So theres this thing called Project Blackhound. theres a twitter called KojimaLives and it seems to back Blackhound with the title #KojimaLives. Blackhouns looks very P.T/Silent Hill like.

Also this project looks more than a little bit too cheap to be Kojima's work.
 
If real, I'm hoping Kojima gathers up the Old Team Silent members for any S.H type project/spiritual successor. They're better writers then him.
