Hello! This is my first thread on here, so I'll give a small backstory.
I just got into Skullgirls about a week ago because I was looking for a good fighting game to start off with because I am a HUGE noob to fighting games). I got the game and fell in love with it instantly. I immediately bought all the DLC (Black Friday sale FTW) and have been practicing and getting better as my main, Beowulf.
Then I heard about how Lab Zero was thinking about making a second game, and was super hyped. Then I heard about Indivisible, and saw that some really cool characters that I'm actually familiar with (Shantae and Shovel Knight) were going to be in it! I was really hyped, but then I found out that if Indivisible gets funded, that it has a estimated time of 3 years of development. This made me kinda bummed out, because I had heard Lab Zero isn't exactly a large team, not to mention they don't have a major publisher.
Most if not all of you probably already know what I'm talking about, and maybe what I'm about to ask, so I'll spit it out:
Now that Indivisible is funded, does this mean we aren't going to see anything new Skullgirls related for 3 years?

(And don't get me wrong, I'm REALLY happy that Indivisible got funded, because I heard that if I didn't, Lab Zero would close it's doors.)

Most likely we will see more SG stuff however it's all in the hands of lab zero I think @render said that something about Indvisble deciding if Sg2 would happen but I can't remember.

Most of the focus is on Indvisble right now however SG for the vita is coming out but the team wants to take a break from SG for a while (it did take 5 years to finish after all)

I think @render said that something about Indvisble deciding if Sg2 would happen but I can't remember.
This was mostly due to the fact that if Indivisible didn't get funded, most of the team would have to split for other jobs.

It took them five years?! Wow. Hats off.
But yeah, I guess that's what I get for being so late to the bandwagon. XD
Ah well. I will say Skullgirls has me sold on Lab Zero as a whole. Wherever they may go, I'll support them.
(But shoot, I looked at the proposed DLC characters list, and I really wish Leduc was in.)

I feel you, man. Adam was mai waifu, and I'm going to remain on this forum right up until the day we get the proper canon. At them same time, though, I realize the need for Lab Zero to get out and enjoy life, and I hope they do so.

In short, no, Skullheart is no-fucking-where near dead :)

Practice, gitgud, go to tournaments.

L0 will be working on Indivisible for several years, yes. I'm not going to put words in their mouth about the fate of Skullgirls, but come on, their new game was literally funded less than 3 days ago. For the love of god let's please not start asking them what comes after Indivisible before they've even started it.

Please no more "Man I hope they add X character" stuff ;_;

This is not all aimed at Minotaur specifically as he is new here.

I'm very glad that Indivisible has been funded. I really thought that it will never happen, but since it's officially happening, I'll let the accolades roll in for a couple years.
