While i was sleeping, i had one weird but interesting dream, i was in my room (i think) playing SG on my console (PS3), when suddenly, i hear the same intro of SG in another room (My dad's room), the curiosity filled my body, and then i walked to his room, only to found that he was watching a Skullgirls movie!, i asked him why he was watching a Skullgirls Movie when he could play it, and then he replied that he didn't know what was SG about, he just picked any movie that was on the shelves.

Anyway, in my dream, i watched that movie with him and surprisingly enough, the full movie was covering my dream, the most weird thing about it, is that it was complete!, it had animation, voice acting, and the passing wasn't exactly like the VN style dialogue from the game, they were actually moving, with the same scale of frames, movement, etc. I couldn't watch entirely, but there was like an "Overworld" with several of the locations of the game.

In that "Overworld" there were different characters fighting, others talking and walking, sadly, after the revelation of the characters and everything, i woke of my bed and i was like "Oh man!, i want to see the rest!", instead, i just went to eat and go to my computer, now, while this idea seems phenomenal in many ways, realistically speaking, i can't see this happening (Or at least soon, maybe in a near future, but i don't know), a Skullgirls movie sounds phenomenal, heck, this would actually give me a reason to go to a cinema, since i'm not a fan of movies exactly.

I'm still surprised that my dream included that amount of things, and i haven't played SG in a while, i still have it installed on both my PS3 and PC naturally, but i was focusing with other games during the meantime, so, this dream was actually pretty awesome, it was really short, but satisfying, so, if you have any kind of idea about a "Skullgirls Movie" how long would it be?, what kind of plot would present?, I'll leave you with those questions, right now, i'm gonna hear some music and play videogames.

For me, reading your posts is like having a weird dream.

Why?, if it's my english sorry for it, it's not my main language, i'm trying to improve though.

Don't worry about it.
Congratulations on your dream, from what I gather, it sounds like you had a great time.

Thanks!, and yeah, it was pretty short but really enjoyable, i wish these kind of dreams would happen often to me, most of the time i don't remember if i even had a dream or not, but take for sure, if SG ever made it to a movie, i would watch it on a cinema, and then buy the DVD on a heartbeat!, it would become my favorite movie of all time most probably.

Dang it now I wish I had the power to lucid dream.

We're really anime now...

Are you really telling or asking us this now? Sorry, joking aside. And yes, Skullgirls would get a decent movie, just like BlazBlue: Alter Memory, of course.

No, it was just one of those dreams that came up on my mind back then, i was just telling my personal experiences about the matter, it was pretty briefly as i said back then, and it will probably never happen again, that's why i tried to tell people about this dream of mine.

All I'm saying is I like your dream, though, and I'm impressed on how your dream gets creative. Besides, I had a dream about a BlazBlue anime, and it's really happening, just like I predicted! It hurts to see what has turned us into...

I had dreams once.

Now they're real.

You know, that dream of yours would be a great idea. It would be awesome if Skullgirls gets a decent movie since BlazBlue: Alter Memory released on Funimation. The truth is, your dream is the best. What's not to like?

I had a Nightmare once where Eliza was voted as a playable character...

oh wait...
I had a Nightmare once, too. Then I stopped playing Soul Calibur.

An interesting possibiltiy about a SG movie for me would be the chance of working on it as an assistant animator/cleanup artist/random worker, etc.

I'd freelance from here or move to L.A. (lived there three years).
Been doing animation a long time, including work on a studio and an indie feature.

Some former coworkers are still down in L.A. at various studios. I'd love to help keep grunt work from going overseas. Daydreaming intensifies...

It sort of occurs to me that an idea like that would make me dream about it. Seriously, if we been to the same site, being jealous about it, then I should've used the opportunity to do so.

I had a night one time, it was a game by Sega

does that count

I'd love to see a Skullgirls anime OVA myself- I'm not sure it'd be very well suited to being made into a movie. In any case, an animated adaptation of Skullgirls would rock.

Do you remember what the movie was about? Was it live action or animated? I'm curious what actresses you dreamed about
