so i just saw this video on facebook called playing an instrument and how it affects the brain so i watched it but actually i didnt because i dont play an instrument lol...

so anyways how does playing fighting games or games in general affect the brain
 
Your pituitary gland grows until it ejects out of your skull like an antennae.

Real answer: good way to train reflexes, improvisational skills, hand eye coordination and dexterity. Last I checked science seems to say games are much better for your brain then tv because you're actively participating and thinking as opposed to just sitting back and absorbing information.
