Eliza Combo Thread: Our Fair Lady of Slaughter

I think the first Eliza's Double Snap is frequent but not efficiency. And the second one is easy to drop. i just came up the Third one, is there any optimized one people could share with me

here Scott and everyone else
this is a good double snap I think
you don't have to do the Hdp super jump cancel Hdp after the sHKx2
a Mdpx2 will work

this is universal
just the timing is different for the jHK
for the heaviest guys, airdashing makes it easier

for these double snaps, you need to learn sjc's

edit: This combo has probably been found already but it's not on this thread yet

you can replace the cMK in the first chain with one hit of cMP: less damage scaling in the future hits
and you can do sHK, call pillar, 2nd sHK delay dp for the first chain with parasoul
I don't know much about valentine assists or full combo optimizing

Thanks, I'll try that and come back with the results.

Something I kind of came up with, the second air throw might be a little bit obvious, but if the opponent doesn't tech it then you get more damage.

I think this is universal as long as you slightly change some things to work on certain characters.

Can probably be optimized too, anyway, just thought I'd share this.

(By the way in this video on the first air throw I'm doing j.lk then air throw, you can actually do j.lk ADC air throw, makes it a bit more unpredictable.)

So current build, what's the most optimized combo midscreen with no assist?

Eliza's boatslide bnb is the most optimized midscreen I'm aware of. You can gain an extra 100-250 damage by doing Sekh's L L L M H at the end instead of L Spiral and then doing a Sekhmet LOS. Requires a taunt.

It's relatively versatile for resets and it's about as optimized as you're going to get AFAIK. The timing on it can get tricky on light weights, hence why I always practice on Fukua.

Removing my old post in favor of this one. Here are the respective combos, plus Class Notes to show how insane that corner carry is.
with simple bait

As optimized as you're going to get would involve using c.MP(1) at the start instead of c.MK.

A small damage gain, but it's something.

For the most damage you can get out of a combo I'm sure you would have to use Sekhmet, who brings plenty of damage to the table.

Checkmate atheists, A-train too good
You started the combo with a counterhit cr.LK which gives you an extra 25 undizzy. So this combo will only work if you start with a counterhit, a normal starter will let them burst the final chain.

Yeah I know, I assumed everyone would notice that... I just like that combo. If you want a practical combo that isn't counterhit, I have a good one here:

(9k corner)

You don't normally see LCH combos so I assumed that you didn't notice that you still had counterhit on. Nvm then.

My bad, that combo probably doesn't really fit here after looking at the other ones. I'll record and post some useful combos here and my resets in the other threads. I've never really shared my secrets before, but I'll try to be less selfish with my tech.

>not jump cancel taunting

pls

This works on just about everyone I think, I didn't check every character but Big Band is by far the hardest. The spacing on the level isn't an accident either; that's as far "in" as you can be and still carry back to the corner. Beyond that point, you'll have to carry to the opposite end.

If you want to hit em with the silly willy, this'll do the trick. Not the best but it is my favorite, doesn't work on heavies and you have to microdash when you get to far away.

You can avoid microdashing if get use the first few frames of sHK to get closer before each L.Spiral

Here's a midscreen A-train combo

I never thought of that, it probably makes more sense to do it that way. I prefer my way though, looks funnier and and actually gives them a tiny bit less meter at the cost of one more rep (from comparing our videos). Good work

There's probably a way better route with st.HK(2)xx M khat A-train for the first ground chain and use of sMP

I realize I never posted this in here. These combos are examples of what you can do in certain situations, and are all universal

Just wanted to say that not only are your combos and resets always the best, you did a nice job further optimizing the s.mp level 4. Really nice work as always.

could do a jc taunt in there

You're right, you can do a taunt if you want. I never do taunts because I prefer building meter.
