Studying about kinesics and gesture in drawing I remembered Jojo's Bizzare Adventure. I know it's got an old-school fighting game, so I thought: What if L0 acquires the rights to make a fighting game based on it? If there's something its animation team masters is kinesics and gesture on their characters -I'd say they hyperbolize it- so I can't think in any other game developer that can be at the height of making a game that captures the essence of JBA.

I know a thread wouldn't persuade Shueisha to use its IP or persuade L0 to consider the idea. I just thought it would be awesome if they do it. What do you think?

I think I've been dreaming of L0 making a new Vampire/Darkstalkers game for years but Jojo is cool too.

Wouldn't happen. CyberConnect2 and Bandai have the rights for the games, and the ASB/EoH series are pretty consolidated art-wise.

I'm pretty sure he was referring to a scenario where the rights to make jojo games wasn't handed over to those two companies.

Personally I would love for another Jojo game to be as deep as Heritage for the Future.

we'd actually fucking get F.F.

Mike said he would be interested in getting the Darkstalkers IP if Capcom ever considers the idea to sell it. Not a Jojo game, but it'd be really cool, too.

Then it'd be the best fighter ever made.
