I started watching a playthough of Persona 5 and i gotta admit i crush hard on Kawakami

ngl I'm a little salty the 3DS remake isnt Nocturne, DDS, or a Raidou related thing. We've been seeing Raidou a lot recently with the P5 costumes, I wonder if we'll see him again soon.
 
Atlus USA put up trailers for the banners I posted, reaffirming the release windows.

If the theme of SJ that "humans are monsters too" wasn't clear enough the newly added anime appears to just shove it in your face, her only lines are all essentially "you deserve this" in the trailer.

Why do you think they would remake Nocturne, DDS or Raidou on 3DS? You'd have to change enough stuff in any of those games to make it work that you'd be better off turning the project into a Switch or PS4 release.
 
I mean, Strange Journey was already on the DS, it would be easier to make a remake of that.
I mean, aside from pissing off SMT elitists which is not that hard.

well I mean, maybe not Nocturne. We know they can do some insane stuff with new 3DS games (like Xenoblade and Echoes).
 
nocturne would probably be the easiest of those games to port even
considering it's not 2 games like DDS or an action game like Raidou

the biggest issue would probably be the bigger bosses in the game, but hey Dragon Quest 8 and Xenoblade worked
 
Xenoblade had to be New 3DS-exclusive to even work, and that's with a huge graphics downgrade from the Wii version. I don't think Atlus is willing to make that kind of sacrifice for the sake of turning a non-3DS game into a 3DS game. As for Echoes, the original game was on the Famicom. A remake would have been drastically different regardless of where it happened. And Dragon Quest had Square Enix behind it, so they had the money to basically do whatever they wanted with it.
 
I mean, it was more an idea than anything. And tbf, Nocturne was an early SMT Ps2 title so the models probably wouldn't need that big a downgrade. Regardless, I just want them to see more love considering the old Persona games have ALL gotten remade at least once (persona 3 like 3 times) and the game that fans basically call the magnum opus of the series has had one remake on the same system it was released for.
 
Why are we even talking about this when they should clearly just remake SMT I and II and put them on the 3DS or anything already? But without intrusive new shit like SJ appears to be getting, optional shit as with Soul Hackers would be okay.

Also remake the Persona 2 duology. Which they even put as an option on that survey they did and I know there is no fucking chance that won. And again, don't add social links or new characters, just throw in new Personas and a boss somewhere.

I would be down for a remake of P2 in a more modern style (P5 style dungeons with modern combat but a more limited party that could all switch personas). Just yeah, no social links and the same focused story. Maybe touch up IS' story a bit cause I'm sorry, EP has an amazing story, but IS has a pretty bleh one imo. Shit just kinda happens and characters accept it. The mains are nice but the villains just kinda exist and wacky stuff happens.

I'd also be down for a remake of SMT 1 and 2. I've yet to play them and I've just never really felt the need since they're old and dont have many localized ports and I don't see the merit in going to the extreme lengths I'd need to be able to play them.

atlus is just keeping up their usual pace
 
Here's my question though: is this BB bs, UNIEL bs, or Persona bs for the plot, if there is one.
