Indivisible: Lab Zero's Action-RPG! (General Discussion)

Maybe it could be Nuna's little sister? Apparently Nuna's the middle child now, and she's the bean, so then maybe the baby is the corn?

I found this funny.

Man, it's really been a while since the last big update, and far as I know that MikeZ stream hasn't happened yet. At this point, they might be hitting the threshold where people won't accept anything short of a release date. Obviously they're super busy, but if they're at risk of another delay, even a small one, it might get hit with some backlash this time due to the radio silence.

I asked Persona on his stream a few days ago how things were looking and he sounded pretty happy about how the game was coming along, so that's good. Hopefully they can put the pencils down at some point to let everyone know what's up.

it's prob landed in "too spoilery" territory along with the "Crunch Mode". The game's projection is Spring, which starts in a few weeks. it's going to have to be gold pretty quickly if they want it out in this season. I'm personally fine with a second delay. An Action/RPG game takes a lot of work.

A second delay wouldn't be a huge deal, but typically when that kind of announcement follows a drought in communication, the public reception can be a little rough. They're going to need a really meaty trailer to go with it, something to show that the game really is close to done. It's probably time for a story trailer anyway.

I think it might just be the updated backer preview but let's hope it's not the case ;;

Great to see some new stuff finally! Kushi was a good pick too, nice change of pace. Interesting to know that, like Thorani, they don't have much in the way of supers. I'm really interested to see how that plays out in team compositions.

I hope they've got some more lore updates planned, like finishing those bios on the website. With release coming close, I think filling in more gaps on the general knowledge of the world and characters would be good.

i saw the update and thought "yeah, that's a big bird"

That's a good sign that the Switch version is in a good state too. Maybe this will coincide with some more news at EGX or PAX?

I had a chance to play a demo for a limited time at PAX East at the 505 booth.

I think it had some extra stuff. I haven't played the backer version in a while.

Hey, there was some new footage posted today, along with a bunch of articles from PAX.
This was basically like a Preview build that was made for press at the event, so like the Backer Preview it probably doesn't fully represent the state of the game itself, but we get some peeks at new UI, and dialogue, and stuff. Also creepy placeholder synth voice.

There's been HEAPS of new info, but I've mainly been putting my attention into the Indivisible Discord server which you should probably join if you haven't. I could make a post or two in the Lore thread about all the new details we've got, but at the same time I don't see much point in idle speculation this close to release.

By the way, what was the exact release date again? Did Lab Zero announce it already?

If you got the voice mail tier in the indiegogo they sent out emails requesting that you tell them what you want your character to say. Due date is June 20th.

Glad I looked through my email. It got buried in other stuff.

An an evening? Is there something I'm not understanding about that or is it just a typo?

In any case @Ravidrath any confirmation of the panel being recorded like last year for those of us who are unfortunately unable to attend?

8:00 to 9:30 pm.

They said the plan is to have it streamed like it was a couple years ago. It's being held in one of the panel rooms with the streaming setup, so I think that means it will probably be on the AnimeExpo twitch channel.

Wonder if they're gonna announce a release date.

That didn't answer either question.

That would be great.

I've been thinking for a while that it seems like the place to do it.
