Indivisible: Lab Zero's Action-RPG! (General Discussion)

You're allowed to be disappointed in the game, but you don't have to be such an asshole about it.

Saying the truth always hurt the weak, like you, just stop embarrassing yourself. I'll leave since this forum is dead just like your brain.

Why are you talking to yourself?

Probably had a bad day?

I wanted to check and see if the new patch fixed my issue with video cutscenes.

It did not. So I guess I'll keep waiting.

hey there everybody. i just wanted to ask what's the best place to report bugs in indivisble.

There was a new patch.

Still getting a black screen on videos.

Will wait for next patch.

Finally managed to finish the game.

Generally it was about as I expected, good in most aspects but nothing really mind-blowing like some other indie 2D games I played.

Really liked the whole main story. The game has writing problems that really made me cringe sometimes, but thankfully all of that seems to stay away from the main plot. The worst stuff was mostly reserved for talks with random NPC's and much less often when talking with incarnations.

Main gameplay is solid, platforming works OK and can get quite fun in later parts when we start juggling more abilities, and combat was really pleasant. Even if sometimes being creative seemed to not really be that useful, at the very least it was fun. Some character seemed to be pretty pointless or underpowered though.
Like Thorani with her low damage, not very good heal and projectiles too slow to juggle enemies reliably, or Hunoch & Xiboch who I completely did not find useful at all.

In some places game seemed unfinished, like some characters not having any supers at all, or some side-quests suggesting some possible upgrades to characters that didn't really happen. I guess it was to be expected with how 2 characters were temporarily cut. Hopefully maybe it will be improved while devs work on DLC.
Man, wouldn't it be cool if Qadira started using a sword at least in a super after we finished her quest?

Of course I also have to brag about something:
I found and beat Cat-Z all on my own. :D Took a few tries but generally felt proud of it. The platforming section leading to it was also pretty nice challenge. I'm always happy to see meaningful secrets in games.

Fuck it, I'll say it: Lab Zero got too ambitious with Indiv. It was too big for them to handle and it came out unfinished.

Remember when Mike said they hired double the artists so they can finish the game in 2 years instead of 3 (and it took them 4)? I remember.

Not holding it against them of course.

Funny you mention that, because what the game lacked in the end was in gameplay and not the art.

Double post. There are rumors circulating about Alex Ahad not working for L0 anymore. Is this true or it is bs?

LinkedIn says no, unless Alex hasn't updated his profile.

I saw that too and thought it was just someone making things up, but looking at Alex's twitter that might be true. Nobody else from Lab Zero follows him nor does he them. No mention of Indivisible or L0 in his bio. I haven't really seen him mention Indivisible at all recently either, not even on release day.

I heard the same rumors said he left over a year ago, and yet when I was at Anime Expo last July, I saw the Lab Zero booth mention his artist alley booth number among other artists to visit.

Anyone have any news on when the backer statues are supposed to arrive

Excellent, and it's very soon.

If anyone was wondering about the Ajna statues I emailed 505 and got a reply. The statues aren't ready yet and no one has received them yet. Load of my mind thought something went wrong with my order.

Thats Incredible!
