Anyone can run a Point/Place Ranking Cup concept. Another forum I know did one for KoF and even picked which event to the finals on. Even a few online ones for the cup. It's all up to who ever does runs it to do it properly.

Wow three months since the last post...been a while. The CMV is 70% Just a few clips left and a proper ending. 30% part will only take a week tops.

ok...I guess my muscle memory is giving up on me because I've clearly wanted the MP3 file not the WAV. But this is how my life typically works. Never my way.
