Yeah, I really should adopt that rule. There are only select few games that I would gladly pay for right away. Really the only thing that was taking a lot of money was the WWHD because I kind of wanted the figure. Then Shantae came along.

Same. I wonder if this is universal? There are so few Pokemon I like from gen 4 and the games themselves are decent I guess but nowhere near as good as any of the others. Going from one of those games to gen 5 is like activating turbo-mode in terms of battle speed etc.

Tried getting into competitive battling a while ago but I just prefer collecting/hoarding/trading useless shiny Pokemon. Like seriously 300+ hours in B2 of beating the game then running around in grass. Same with B1 and HG and Pearl I'm going to do a Ruby speedrun soon I think.

First got interested in SG over at Smashboards when the EVO thing was going on so I think I'm gonna like this thread I don't expect Ridley to get in honestly :< Unless there's another interesting character I'll probably play Dedede and Link again.
