    c.lk > s.mk stuffed mid blockstring?

    I've seen that Ms. Fortune linking c.lk > s.mk on blockstring is actually punishable right in between. You can super out of it, and at least fortune's c.lp beats it too. Is this intended? Linking to s.mk from any other button does not display this behavior. *edit, looks like maybe it is...

    Played a few rounds with worldjem a while back. Is a close range cat spike supposed to be able to hit high?
