Indivisible: Lab Zero's Action-RPG! (General Discussion)

That's a single move in a fighting game full of references. This is the fighting stance of a character who is one of the few respectful portrayals of southeast asian women. I mean call me crazy, but I don't think she would be inspired in any way by a blatant racist stereotype like T Hawk.

Indivisible: Lab Zero's Action-RPG! (General Discussion)

I really doubt Lab Zero would take any inspiration from a character like T-Hawk.

Indivisible: Lab Zero's Action-RPG! (General Discussion)

If I'm not breaking the rules then mind your own business. Now if we're past that, I'd like to wonder, or dare I ask, how many frames of animation this game will have compared to Skullgirls? I know there's much more to animation than just the number of frames, but I'd like to know how much more...

Indivisible: Lab Zero's Action-RPG! (General Discussion)

Wow sorry about wanting to talk about something that I actually know about, instead of being like everyone else and point out the same things and make the same theories, fuck. I'm assuming this frame of animation means that she can fight unarmed, I wonder how strong that is compared to using a...

Indivisible: Lab Zero's Action-RPG! (General Discussion)

I think there's a disconnection between what everybody thinks the others are saying and what they're actually saying.

Her father is the town guardian so I assumed that he raised her tough, I'm also assuming that she's inherently tough herself. There are some things you can't teach.

Indivisible: Lab Zero's Action-RPG! (General Discussion)

Yeah Mariel being up front really shows in the art style. It still looks like Alex's art style but it lacks the exaggerated proportions you'd see in both the male and female characters. I think that's very good for this type of game. (On an unrelated note, those more realistic proportions is...

Indivisible: Lab Zero's Action-RPG! (General Discussion)

Yeah Mariel Cartwright stepping up is what really stands out right now. I assumed at first that Alex Ahad was taking the usual role of writer and creative director, but now it seems like he's stepping aside for Mariel? I mean, if that's true then good for her but I don't want to see Alex just...

Indivisible: Lab Zero's Action-RPG! (General Discussion)

Is there somewhere we can see the actual division of responsibility for this game? 'Cause it seems a little different than it was with Skullgirls. Specifically the art direction, I wanna know who's imagining what, or at least who has most influence.
