I'll go into a lobby and won't see anyone else's icon, but a really awesome black box instead. Tried reinstalling the game several times, didn't fix. This has been happening for about two months now. Any quickfixes?

EDITED 10/01/14 Thanks to everyone who came out and helped raise some overall awareness of Skullgirls these past 30 days. I had so much fun hosting the stream over this time and I really hope to continue pumping some hype into this game for the foreseeable future. :D...

I mostly play MF and have gotten mixed reviews about her. Almost 95% of people are telling me NOT to play head-off. What exactly is the difference in playstyle with head-on and head-off and where does the true advantage lie?
