Hi guys and girls. It's me, Solaris. And I came here today with a new discussion topic.

I was talking with a friend about the possibility of a Fire Emblem Fighting game, developed by Arc System Works; the same company that created the Guilty Gear and Blaz Blue. Knowing the games's quality and their style, I did think that was a good idea. Not only would attract people from the fighting game community , but it would give more options for fighting games on Nintendo consoles, besides Smash. So... what do you think?

Are you rotting the idea? What company should make the game?

I'd like a fighter, but I'm thinking that as with Smash Bros, a more unorthodox approach would benefit the series more then a straight up Street Fighter or Guilty Gear styled fighter.

I'm thinking more something along the lines of Power Stone. 3d, items to pick up, environmental hazards, etc. They could represent "classes" instead of characters, and then just let you pick a skin for each class based on characters throughout the franchise.

Could probably be pretty fun.
