Hey I've been posting so many Skullgirls-related art on tumblr lately but since not everyone goes to tumblr I shall put some here.

Most of them are Beowulf but there's also a significant amount of Peacock and Squigly as well.

Like any body of work, there are some high and low points, but the fact that you've got some damned fine high points means you've definitely got the right stuff. If I had to give some constructive criticism, I'd say to focus on improving your digital technique, as it appears they're losing some of the warmth and flavor of your sketches.

As long as you're not using the thread as a twitter feed you can post multiple times. If you think it's been a reasonable amount of time since your last post then you can post again. If it's been a short time, please edit your last post. :)

After knowing the possibility that Beo might wish to be a girl I drew female Beo before his (her?) time to be a Skullgirl.

No, but seriously these look pretty good. I think the idea of Beowulf wishing to be a girl is interesting, however wouldn't he have to have been a girl in the first place to make that wish or does the Skullheart not discriminate between genders?

Who knows that Beowulf is a girl in the inside?

OK, OK, I don't know. It may be that the Beowulf would be a girl after the wish so the Skullheart would easily change Beo into a Skullgirl. Or something else.

So far as genders go with the Skull Heart, anyone who claims to be a girl can wish upon the Skull Heart, while men (and people who aren't women) can just polish it and use it as an accessory.

Beo's story would make a great explanation of how genders have to do with the Skullgirls if he attempts to wish upon it.

Nope, I'm an art student so I don't study math (or at least Calculus).

Anyway I'm being bad at a subject that revolves around composing shapes and stuff and you have to use poster paint to paint the composition over a 40x40 cm sheet of paper. I'm bad at the painting part, apparently.

When it comes to in game sprites, their P2 is the official orientation. 100%. Alex has said it a bunch of times in interviews.
The first image you posted there is his official poster art, which is made based on his P2 sprite.
The second is an error in concept art :P

Then Beowulf might be the only exception. These are official non-ingame art and there's no reason for them to be flipped.

Head Canon: Beowulf's hair curl is prehensile. Like the tail of a Spider Monkey he can control it at will and he uses it to tip fedoras without touching them.
