Given that Blazblue is bar none one of my favorite fighting games, and Chrono Phantasma comes out in Japan NEXT MONTH (!)
I thought I might as well make the thread for this wonderful franchise filled with amazing characters, a great story, and solid gameplay.

To start things off, here's a trailer for Chrono Phantasma

Kokonoe looks pretty hype from recent screen shots, she was very very recently revealed but looks pretty far along into development.
Pity she's DLC, though. Probably gonna be a bit of a wait before you can get your hands on her.

Also, interestingly enough, Chronophantasma is the Penultimate Blazblue game.
After this, there will be one more. A fourth game that will wrap the story up. With CP the story is allegedly at 85%, and there's not much left!

I totally fell in love with this serie when BlazBlue Calamity Trigger appeared on PC...

Too bad they screwed up so hard and it didn't sell well, so now I can't get any of the new ones. ;_;
 
I feel them. I never liked exclusivity anyway. Now I'm gonna be separated from my waifu forever without even playing her once.

Oh look it's the Blazblue thread, cool. Also do you guys think we will get any more dlc characters for Chrono phantasm or that they will save any other potential characters until the next game?

Only character left is Jubei, Saya and maybe Nine/Phantom

Given that they put in Terumi, they could also put in Platinum in here original body and there is also Celica who was shown in some of screen shots.

I just want to get CP already and have Nu-13 back in limited(?) form. I enjoyed Lambda and the fact that she had a dash attack but I've just preferred Nu more, specially after Ragna's gag ending in CS. Not to mention, I loved using Unlimited Nu in CT when people tried to troll me.
 
well since Kagura is from a Duodecim family, I can bet that we will get more people from those families in the next game... plus the above mentioned, Nine and Jubei... do want :I

I've talked to other BlazBlue players and they seem to also want to play as Bloodedge in the future. I, how ever, am now totally stoked for Kokone as a playable character. Looks like Valkenhayn was right about her release as a playable character.
 
I honestly do want a playable blood edge and as likely as it isn't gonna happen I wouldn't mind the main girl from the manga being playable, other then nine, saya and jubei who's left?
 
I'm mostly for bloodedge cuse it could be blazblue version of order sol, albeit not the same fighting mechanic just kinda an interesting way to make the roster better ^^;
 
pfft so what if they take out all the stops, whats to stop them from making the black beast ( albeit weaker and through a time anomaly) playable or a big boss fight?
 
Mai she's the one from the manga right? If so yeah that's who I wanted playable if possible.
 
Oh right she did didn't she, heck she could be much better at using her, new puppet fighting style that's more advanced maybe? I could dig it ^^

Actually it was revealed awhile back (I think it was in a magazine article, I'm not sure.) that Terumi got rid of the Hazama alias, revealed his identity to the public, and started wearing his old outfit again.

I'm still kinda salty about Kokonoe - she's not only far in development, she's done and on the TGS disc - but even if I'm not buying her, I can admit she looks pretty awesome. Though some of her chip damage seems off the scale, even compared to Amane's, lol.

Has anyone here been keeping up with Blazblue Remix Hearts, still waiting for chapter 14 to be released ( I know there is a youtube one but I prefer reading it in whole pages). It's pretty good if you can get through all of the fanservice thrown at you in the beginning.

I didn't mind it myself but I know people that enjoy the game but can't get over Makoto and Litchi's bust sizes. But also, there are a good amount of shower scenes in it where only the steam from the water covers everything and there are people who don't want to see stuff like that.
 
I really want to see Kokonoe's Astral, I would of thought Mecha-Tager to be it before she was announced but since that is actually her Distortion Drive, I'm thinking her astral involves the use of Magic.

Maybe not Infinite Gravity specifically, maybe Kokonoe looked more into magic in secret after the incident and knows another trick or two. I don't know but trying to guess what a character's astral will be makes you think about the character's tools and story, which can be fun.
 
Oh right it could also be a combination of her mechs and magic or those nukes she's been stockpiling but nukes seems excessive.
 
Console exclusivity is a bitch. I've wanted to play Kokonoe ever since I first saw her, but I guess that ain't gonna happen. /butthurt

I also like Azrael a lot. He's like the BlazBlue version of Akuma.
