Turns out that if you hit a button while trying to block during an airdash, preblock will cancel the normal and you'll just block.
Must be about 1 square away (using the training mode grid) or close enough that you would be able to see your character go in pre-block in the air. The distance necessary is only horizontal, vertical height doesn't matter.

The pre-block in this situation will also cancel a valid Throw input, whether same-frame or Kara cancelled, however if you mess it up, you'll get your second normal right away and might get hit.

Not sure if this works against blocking normals or specials-- If it does work it's some ridiculously hard timing and I can't get it, otherwise I think this only works vs supers when you're not in hitstop.

Works with all airdashers (Filia, Val, Fortune, Eliza, Peacock) except Val's air backdash since you cancel into a special and preblock doesn't cancel special moves.

Does not work with Bella j.HP since you're cancelling directly from j.HP to j.2MP.
Does not work with Para air tear cancels either for the same reason.

Also works with all ground backdashes except Valentine's, but you can just hold upback anyway, which works for everyone, including valentine's ground and air backdashes.
Robo can jump cancel a normal if it touches something to keep herself safe, but that's not all that new.

I know exactly why this happens, and it'll only work vs supers that have hitstop but won't hit you during the hitstop (so, Lv1s with Undizzy, basically). Not normals or specials or anything else.
You must input the attack during the hitstop from the superflash.
You're also required to let go of the button during the hitstop, or you'll still get the attack.
So it's not suuuuper useful except in the situation shown.
