Thanks Zidiane. Wasn't sure where this went, navigating forums on tapatalk is hard.

And I got what I wanted, fought hlvn for quite a while last night.

Any takers today? I need more experience. Though I'll hopefully be busy with SLAP tonight because it's Thursday.

But after that, I'm up for some games with anyone.
 
I won't be home until about 9:30 or 10, but I'd be down for getting my ass beat then.

(Although I think you're actually looking for people better than I am?)

GGs last night.

Seems like I'm the only person who sticks to one team, heh. (Actually, I want to add Parasoul in the second character slot at some point, but I suck enough at execution with two characters that I don't want to add a third [and a charge character at that!] to suck at execution even worse).

There's not too much charging you have to do with Parasoul, at least compared to charge characters from other games

Yeah no doubt, real talk, she's the reason I don't hate charge characters anymore.

I know I say Skullgirls is my first fighter I got into outside smash bros but that's why I say got into and not played.

My friend Josh had me playing ssfivae the year before, I just didn't stick with it or understand it. But boy did I hate charge characters!

Also, I sort of just want to play EVERYONE which is why I try to do that.

Right now, my heart is pretty set on Para/Cere/Dubs for my 'main team'

But I have trouble focusing on one character or even two or three at a time, I hit a lot of walls with progress. Sometimes I have to go solo to help build a character up, I think it's the proper way, but when I hit that wall, I don't like being stuck there at ALL.

So letting myself change to other characters where I'm not in a stuck in a 'learning block' helps keep me from feeling stagnant in SG. Usually if I play team Fil/Val/Fort or Pain/Pea/Squigs, when I come back to my main team, I enjoy playing it more and I do less stupid things because I don't rely on the assists or the tools that team had while I was playing -completely different teams-

That was an issue for me.

I used to think everyone had Parasoul's pistol overhead for some reason, I kid you not. That's a habit worse than ending every blockstring with napalm pillar. :| Why, why oh why did I try to f.lp with Filia?

I suck as well. Can someone teach me how to add friends on Steam though? I messed with the thing and I don't know how lol

Sounds like the opposite of me, I always prefer charge characters haha Not as much so with capcom fighters with their bullshit 60+ frames charge times or however the hell long it is

To add a friend, you go the the person you want to add's page, and somewhere there will be a "send friend request button" of sorts. Once you've sent the request, just wait for them to accept, and then you've added a friend! Hopefully this helps.

Gilt, I'm gonna add you in a bit, just gotta do some other things first.

Friends list, at the very bottom press +Add a friend...

Type in their username (gllt, in my case) or even their current screen name, I think, if you know it. ([UOTS] gllt right now, subject to change.)

I played Yang and that's it. Now when my laptop doesn't hate on the game, I play Dan, Yang, Juri, Cody, Abel, Makoto, and C. Viper.

I don't play anyone in SFIV. I hate the system mechanics and the only characters that interest me would require me to put in like 10 times the amount of time I'm willing to spend playing that game haha. There's a lot of people who are successful with playing many characters in fighting games, but that doesn't really work for me. Just go with whatever makes you most comfortable.

And KoF is harrdddd, it's because of this game that I'm starting to think I'm a masochist

Believe me when I say I like the game but I agree about the system mechanics and the time. Plus, as I said, my laptop hates it. (For no good reason? I can run at, like, max settings, 60 fps. But my laptop overheats on lowest settings in the same game. Nvidia optimus? Horrible intel chip design? Who knows. GAMES FOR WINDOWS LIVE, MAYBE? CAUSE MORTAL KOMBAT 2 DOES THE SAME THING. MK2. OVERHEAT.)

Oh, and yeah, KoF IS hard. But I love it and I don't care. (I am a masochist.)

Cue EX Iori laugh.
 
@mcpeanuts I want to challenge you but with the fortune lvl 3 clip-through glitch bug fixed, how will I turn the tides?

It is no longer possible to beat me, the only weakness I had has been removed from the game. Come at me
