Not exactly a food, but I mix the FUCK out of sodas whenever I can. You should see me near a soda fountain, I look like a mad scientist lol
Funny thing I've found is that any combination can work as long as you have a dark soda (preferably root beer) to tie it together (I hate root beer btw) anybody else do this? Or maybe I need to go check my soda privelege or something

I think we've all done that!

Man, at one point, every time I visited my friend, we'd drag out his blender and just start mixing stuff together out of sheer boredom. The greatest moment came when we mixed together everything chocolate we could find in his kitchen, blended it up, and poured it over some microwavable barbecue rib sandwiches (the kind from T.V. dinners and cafeteria food). It was goddamn beautiful. We were both on the verge of tears over how inexplicably delicious it was, even though it had no right to be.

Then there's the exact opposite of that. For reasons neither of us can adequately explain, we thought it would be a good idea to blend together Thin Mints, brownie mix, Pepsi, Pumpkin Spice pudding mix, buttered popcorn, vanilla cake frosting, Nacho Cheese Doritos, and Hawaiian Punch. I . . . uh . . . wouldn't recommend it. Unless you're looking for some kind of utterly impossible food challenge like those fifteen pound hamburgers or something. Just don't blame me if it kills you.

...Thin Mints, brownie mix, Pepsi, Pumpkin Spice pudding mix...
Y'know, this first bit actually sounds kinda legit. I've had brownies made with pumpkin that were good, and I know there are some cake recipes out there that use soda. With some baking prowess, you might be on to something here.

I dunno how you guys were bold enough to throw in that other stuff though. Such a waste of Thin Mints!

Im a rebel, so I mixed earl grey with coffee.
I had to get my stomach pumped.
this thread means alot to me.

*gasps*
The impoverished boor did WHAT!?
Drank some shit I found in a cupboard after they were mixed.

I like Coca-Cola with a slice of orange.

If you go to McDonalds, buy one of their soft serve ice cream cones/sundaes and some fries. Dip the fries in the ice cream, and it works really well surprisingly.

Also, the next time you make cup/instant noodles, put a tablespoon's worth of peanut butter in the cup/bowl while your noodles are cooking. Add everything else and it gives it a sort of pad-thai sort of taste. Alternatively, you could try peanut sauce for a different texture.

OH GOD WE'RE BACK I LOVE COKE AND LEMONADE HAVE YOU TRIED COKE AND CHERRY COKE THOUGH?

You ever put vanilla extract in vanilla coke? It's like, more vanilla-y.

Off-topic is back, but that doesn't mean this has to come with it. If someone wants to create a more focused thread about food, go for it.
