Cr. Hp overhead punishes?

Disclaimer: Newbie here (67 hours, basic skill level, know around 8k bnb's but suck at neutral and basically everything else)
Hey everyone,
I was wondering what a good combo punish off of PW's charged c. hp would be. I can't squeeze in that much damage before the opponent can burst. As far as I'm aware this is PW's only grounded overhead, and the armor makes it pretty easy to land. However, I would love to know some better on block hit confirms and quick overheads as my pressure game is very weak. As soon as my opponent figures out I only know how to effectively attack low or do a jump-in, I get disassembled pretty easily. Thanks in advance for your help!
 
I'm not a PW player but I'm pretty sure you can do...

The thing about the way red bursts work in SG is that the game looks for reusing moves at the start of a new chain, the burst is there to prevent abusive loops.

Anyway, another thing to try if you're trying to open up your opponent with an overhead is touch them with a normal attack on block, cancel into flight mode and then do an immediate air-normal very close to the ground, this works as a pretty fast overhead. While doing this you can also float forward slightly and use j.HK to hit them from the other side for a left/right mixup.

Also don't neglect Painwheel's throws she has some of the highest damage throw-combos in the game and "cr.LK or Throw" 50/50 mixups are very useful in SG.
