If it's something where you're going to be requesting time off of work and you still want me to give you a ride home, please check with me BEFORE you put in the request. I don't always go.

So I have the option of getting one big huge cake from the Whole Foods bakery in my city.

Or two mid sized cakes, so we can have one cake that anyone can eat, and another cake for those who can't eat everything, but only some things.

@Mike_Z, I'm gonna need a list of all the things you can't eat.
 
Booked my flight. I arrive on the 2nd of October (Friday) and leave on 4th. (Sunday)

Maybe we can get some peeps down for things on Saturday.

I'm outta town this week, but there's still one. It usually goes until 2 or 3 AM.

I feel like a better system would involve averaging scores across each player's attended brackets rather than adding, which would account for the inconsistent attendance of some people. Other than that I like it!
 
Neat! Ya and averages might be a little better to work with in the case of people who can't attend regularly. Over time the numbers would get pretty skewed otherwise.

If you happened to notice the fancy little title at the top left of the page, the scores are gonna be from Sept - Nov. It's gonna be live for a couple months at a time before being refreshed.

If I compiled every point from all everything ever, that could take a long time and things would be super skewed.
 
What if you do win lose counts, ratios, and wins and losses player by player?

So for Example:

Guy

W-L
50-20

W/L Ratio
2.5

W-L by player
Person 10-5
Lady 5-15
Dude 35-0

We'll be like those guys on the baseball cards! Except then we'd also need number of successful snaps and stuff.

Although that would be in addition to what you're already doing. Forgot to mention that.

I feel like that could get really complicated really fast. I wanted something that could be as simple as possible while still keeping accurate stats of the local players.
 
As someone that likes to watch salty every time. I must say, i wish i could go to the USA sometimes just to meet you guys, it seems so much fun. =P

Yeah I figured, and I was kidding. I wouldn't want you to have to search for tourney results for the past 2yrs. :P

And then maybe another cake for SCR. That is, for those showing up to UGC for Salty instead of SCR.
 
Well the only reason I would go is if people are going (It'd be pretty lame to be the only sg guy playing sg by himself) I won't be there for 3 days (unless there are a ton of entrants that would force me to do that) and I sure as hell won't be at a hotel so it's pretty cheap for me compared to those that would do both of those. It's not like I play any other game. (As if I even could)

So whatever decision happens I hope it's made before it's too late.
