Discussion about 1v1 tiers

Im just posting this cause I'm really interested to hear what everyone thinks about the tier breakdown for this game. I guess I'll start off.
I think:
Top tier: Bella, Parasol, and Peacock
High tier: Painwheel, Fillia, Fukua
Mid: Val, Eliza, squigs, fortune, and big band
Low: Double

Let me know your guys thoughts.
