Eliza vs Squigly M Upper Khat fails to connect after 2nd sHP

In past revisions I was able to connect a medium Upper Khat after a cancelled 2nd hit of sHP to every single character in the game, but after the big update I can't do it against Squigly because she gets pulled too close to Eliza and the move just whiffs. It only works in the corners now. I was wondering if this change was made on purpose. If it wasn't I hope it can get fixed in future revisions. Thanks for your attention.

s.HP 2nd hit pulls the opponent in on hit in the most recent patch.
It's to help with confirms on other characters but has this side effect.

It's not getting changed though, sorry.

Thanks for the reply. I'll have to change my combos a bit against Squigly then.
