Why is FFXV news lately trying so hard to dampen my hype since that fantastic trailer?
 
wish the theatrythm was launched on android. would love to play it on a galaxy note.

on te 3ds, i fear playing it could break the screen easily

If they can put TWEWY on Android like with iOS, I'm sure they can add Theatrhythm to Android.

I hope Cindy <read: most likely FF's first female Cid> ends up a party member, her design is pretty cool. At the very least, you'll probably have to take the car to her for adjustments.

I guess for once Square didn't want the character names to all have the subtlety of a giant brick blowing an air horn taped to a megaphone while naked.

So is this like Final Fantasy: Road Trip? Because them driving around in a car seems to be the only thing they travel in. Combat looks interesting, adding a few nuances to character animations here and there, and yes, you screwed up localization team. It should be Cidney. Come on how can you screw up one of the STAPLES of FF? These trailers in terms of world building gave me bit of a FF8 vibe which is cool by me 8 had a really interesting world to it. We'll see how this shapes out. Ah who am I kidding I know I'm gonna buy this.
 
OK yeah, what the fuck SE NA? I mean, I like Cindy better as a name or personal reasons, but if you have a Cid in your game as a recurring thing, and even have the name as Cidney to clue you in on that, don't fuck with the name for no reason but to better illustrate that this Cid is a girl, just fucking translate it as Cid or Cidney (or even Sidney, if they absolutely couldn't spell it with a C.)

Terra looks like she is getting a complete overhaul, Holy looks like it has a lot longer start up but it is larger, Gravity looks a lot like Meltdown but retains the many hits from 012, tornado is no longer around her completely and looks more like a trap, also 2 tornados instead of 3, she has her rapier out so maybe she will have that for a close range move like Blizzard

also new guard mechanic yay
 
I don't get what's so bad about Terra's design. I think she looks great.

still no Sabin. disappointing everyone yet again Square....

I hope there is more clarity on 3v3. With the last battle system, 3v3 sounds like it will get really dumb really fast.
 
Oh hey more dissidia games, looks good and it will probably be get a console version at some point.
 
Put it on PC and i'll buy it day one.

Make it a good port with steamworks multiplayer and i'll preorder it!
 
What do you guys think on the whole Squall is dead theory on final fantasy 8, I only I discovered it myself today and I quite like it.

Wow. No one has even slightly mentioned Final Fantasy 12? Damn, at it was the greatest of all! I especially loved the new turn-based gameplay from it.
