Five Nights at Freddy's

I turned up my iPad brightness after waking up and that actually kinda scared the shit outta me
 
I think Scotty's finally getting this spoopy thing down.
 
I maintain that he's had it down all along and that the intentional invocation of scary imagery only muddles that, but uh,

I wonder if stuff like the puppet are going to change how the actual game plays. I know its non-canon and such, but does the puppet work differently than the evil mini-Freddys?

Speaking of the Halloween Updated, I think it's kind of... Meh? Challenges and a Halloween skin is fine, but I expected some kind of gameplay/story addition. Honestly I wasn't really sure what to expect from it, though

Scott stated ages ago he wasn't adding to the lore with the Halloween DLC. Although technically, if we can take anything from these teasers, we are getting some kind of new gameplay.

The new bots are just reskins of the old ones; The Halloween edition plays the same as the vanilla FN4
Apparently actually giving the bots new AI is too much to fit with how the game works

That's what I figured it was, maybe challenge mode might give the code to the box or something maybe? Who knows.
 
You guys are aware that Scott is lying through his teeth and that he's going to release the next iteration instead of reskins, right?

Well we got a movie and a new update, so... I mean I've seen worse reasons to see a thread keep going.

the Mangle playing at the end was at least cute XD

But yeh, I think the sound design needs work and the backgrounds need to be crisper and less...cutout...

This is scott, and he has a year. I expect it to look about 100x better by then.
 
how much do you want to bet that in all the sections in the video that have black backgrounds if we turn up the intensity we find some... things.

I don't know what's worse, the fact that I stopped & listed them all, or the fact that I know Withered Golden Freddy, Shadow Bonnie, & Phantom Golden Freddy are all missing. Toy Foxy.
That's not even counting the new nightmares.

Over-analyzing aside, I enjoyed the trailer & Mangle with the paddle was just priceless.

I don't get the naysayers behind this. When you think about it, Freddy Fazbear WAS originally meant to entertain kids until the....incidents started happening.

Besides. People like Five Nights at Fuckboy's game and I'd argue that's much worse than what we're seeing here.

I'm just waiting 'till it's revealed the game's a rejected in-universe licensed product and the other half-a-dozen murdered kid's souls are trapped inside it or something.

It's just a weird departure from the tone and gameplay of the other games in the series is all, like it's honestly a little jarring, it'd be like if after Street Fighter II, Capcom released a color matching tetris-style puzzle game, that only superficially used characters from the series but held no real thematic ties to the-

Lul wow. Some low quality knock offs. At least now we know fnaf is popular to spawn knock off toys. Not all games can day that
