Gaming General Discusison

I just love that it has more continuity and respect for the lore than the sequels but that's a whole other topic, personally my only nitpick is the lack of dismemberment

I mean, even the Jedi Knight games had dismemberment hidden behind a console command and there is no way they're letting that shit fly for EA big money game this decade. I think you might have been able to remove hands without a special command?

Though it's weird it seemed like even droids and the like have no dismemberment, I'll give you that.

Been waiting a long time to find out what the fuck this game even is, and even now I'm still not 100% sure of what I'm looking at but it's a strategy game. Here is what battles apparently look like.

I mean, I personally was never under the impression it was another beat em up, I don't know if you or others were. And GrimGrimoire was alright, not that this looks like that. I'm certainly not as excited as I would be for something more traditional on their part, but I'm still going to check it out.

"Disney Investment Firm thinks Disney should buy Activision"
On one hand, I really don't want Disney to grow more powerful.
On the other hand...
....
I almost feel as if Blizzard would be freer to do whatever they want without Activision breathing down their necks as constantly
But... I still think it's prob best for The Mouse to not get their mitts on Crash Bandicoot.

Disney can fuck off. The rat can keep his sewage-stained hands off of Crash and Spyro.

They can have Blizzard for all I care.

The Standard Edition of For Honor is free right now on Uplay, I hear it had a lot of problems on release but has morphed a lot over time. I just started playing this past month and I've found it to be really fun, so just saying for anyone who hasn't tried it. It's basically a fighting game, but third person action perspective.

Also if you grabbed it when it was free on Steam and go the Starter Edition this will upgrade you so you have all the base characters you didn't get with that.
