Like the topic says. I can never do well against her. She's my kryptonite. I can't do anything cause just blows everything up. Is my team just a bad matchup or what?

Without any specifics of what you're struggling against, no one is going to be able to offer you any advice

EDIT: Never mind, since i guess that was technically advice I just gave you lololol

Easier said than done :/

Being grabbed a lot? Being grabbed everywhere? Being Fisted (Heavy Punch) from a distance? You gotta give us something.

Damn you must have played me and you made it too easy for me to grab you.
I'm looking at your avatar and I see Fukua and Filia icons and, if these two are your main team, then zone-out more often with Fukua (Projectile and Clones). Even if Bella gets close to you, you have grab moves too. And have a good assist to keep Bella away.

Zone properly using Fukua's projectiles.
When she's close up don't stop attacking, don't give her an opportunity to grab you.
If you are running Filia/Fukua like your dingle says you are.

To make most damage to you, she need to be close to you.
Soo if you use Filia. Be at distance and use Ringlet Spike.
And if possible, use Gregor Samson as it's a relatively good distance attack and relatively good at starting a combo.

And try grap her as much as possible, becous that's probably something she will try to do on you.

Just a reminder, you're able to throw-break/tech Grab Bag and you're able to block and if your opponent isn't quick enough you're able to block Excellebella.

pls don't do random gregor, it is hella unsafe, also it really isnt that good of a combo starter compared to many of her other moves

This. Also:
- Pushblock to avoid having her grabbing you, because a good Bella player knows how to grab after being blocked.
- Go easy in the air, she's very effective with anti air attack, especially with her Diamond Dynamo which is also strong against cross ups.
- With Fortune: use your head.
- Don't forget she can reflect many things!
- Deal with Loak'n'Loads: break their armor or jump over them, but try not staying in front of her at the end.

Git Gud. I've a feeling that Gitting Gud will solve all your problems. Since "I keep getting grabbed everywhere and get hit with Titan Knuckle" basically means "I don't know how to avoid getting grabbed" and "I don't know how to block/not hit buttons at a distance".

As filia/fukua : try using c.hk on reaction to runs and loch'n'loads, it's extremely good at that (pretty much my main problem in the matchup). When you make a block string, don't stop it with c.mk, it's unsafe. End it with s.hp, it's the usual continuation and it's -4 on block, so just neutral jump/forward jump and you'll avoid the usual diamond drop/c.lk she will try to do to punish you.
As anybody : bait dynamos doing chicken block (run to their face, jump, block), jump often, use multi hit attacks to avoid getting counterhit lnl in the face.
Really avoid using projectiles (fireballs, ringlet spikes, clones), she has an easy time deflecting th-

...never mind, keep spamming :)

I do this all the time for reasons unknown.. Bad habit i guess

Everyone's got natural habits and instincts. Getting better at fighting games means being able to recognize them and change them if need be. And in your case, need be. Try playing some matches and paying attention to what you're hitting, when, and why. Was that button you hit you legitimately going for an attack or were you flailing about hoping something would land? You got grabbed again. Do you remember how to get out of grabs? Why didn't you do that this time? Should you maybe consider it next time? That kind of thing.

You can jump out of command grabs. A hobo at the local abandoned arcade told me that.

It'll be $5 if you want more help though, top tier fighting game strats don't come cheap my friend.

you spam projectiles until she starts to counter and they you do a really big projectile so she can't, there you go

you know projectile counter works against any projectile including supers right?

but yea just spam projectiles until they start to countter them. with fukua though she recovers before bella can reflect them back anyway so just keep doing it. fukua shouldnt have too much trouble keeping her out half the time anyway esp using MK shadow since the hitbox is fucking huge.

Lol but reflect loses to the huge super fireball i think

hmm not sure about that one actually since you can reflect argus aand the reflected projectile nullifies the rest of the shots after it. needs testing.

All i know is that it can't reflect sniper lol

Yes it can. It can reflect every projectile super including catheads.

I need to test this,
but before i do have you ever reflected a yolo sniper

you can also reflect val syringe sper from almost point blank on reaction too.

Ground syringe super and fukua fireball super have hitstop, so trying to deflect them may not be the best idea ever.
Deflecting argus is super easy, but there is a big problem : very often, some of the little laser bits are too high to get nullified by the deflector diamond, so if you deflect then try to dash forward to punish, you'll end up eating 2-3 hits anyway and you won't gain any ground, let alone punish peacock.
About mk clone, it's deflectable, force fukua to guard it, and cerebella recovers immediately so she can still gain ground. Not that brainless.

I think it might actually be better to block Silent Scope than it would be to deflect it. The stagger might not be as long as the recovery animation.

I agree. And deflector applies huge damage scaling.

You can deflect Fukua's fireball super and her shadows. As well as Ringlet Spike and Tremolo.

as well as all projectiles

Yup. I mentioned those last two cuz they don't seem like projectiles (at least they didn't to me).

Some people think sniper dhc into whatever is generally safe, but if you deflect the sniper it tags their incoming character.

You can get 8.6k off deflector for some meter. It's not trash.

Very true, but who does that?! They just go for bike super if they want to dhc in general.

Personally prefer dash c.mp s.hp kanchou punish to get 13k :p

Don't forget silver chord, hk giant step, fortune's head, catheads in general, battle opera, squigly lvl 3, eliza rekka dp and everything marie does (except her grab, but who cares about marie except me anyway?)

I didn't know about chord, step, fortune's head, or eliza's dp. Wow. I knew about Marie. It's how I beat her on nightmare.

About chord, my favorite trick is to use the fact almost no squigly ever knows about that, so I do tumble run, they counter with chord, I kanchou to avoid it, free punish.
Also works to surprise parasouls using the motorcycle charge move : kanchou cancel 360.
Instant respect.

Watch out though, the 3 first frames of kanchou aren't projectile invincible.
