This one is clearly the best
You obviously missed this one:

Oh man, these Baozhai sketches are amazing.
Hey, livestream tomorrow at 11am PST.
And streams for today and tomorrow too!
So looking over my DeviantArt birthday watchlist, it's Indivisible's anniversary, right?
Interested if anyone can find those archives. Shacknews posted their video.
I was wondering if we'd ever get to hear about the stretch goals that didn't get to be announced, multiplayer being one of them is interesting to hear.
Secret DLC boss, crossover attacks are probably going to be released in 3s, fast travel exists but you can walk from end to end, some of the extra backer merch (Lanshi plush specifically) probably will still come out as merch. Render describes a Lanshi super at one point as being Lanshi taking a nap, being petted by an electric hand, then shaking off all the static for an AoE.
Pretty sure, for those of you struggling with @Ravidrath s wording, only playable incarnations that have not been revealed are the backer ones.
I'm pretty sure we've seen the Lanshi super being animated too, which is pretty cool.
Yeah, I thought so, but wasn't sure.
Some additionnal stuff:
Is Lanshi a good boy ? - No he is a very good boy.
Will every character have 3 different Iddhi attacks or will some have the same one, powered up ? - It kind of varies between characters but generally each one will have their own. Kampan is a little bit different as her Iddhi attacks will consume what she has (in her gauntlet)
Will there be NPCs? Is there a town/non-dungeon area ? - Depends of the area. Ashwat village will have some NPCs. Iron Kingdom and Tai Krung City will have NPCs. There is Port Maerifa that will be the big town that's kind of a center for the 2nd act of the game
How long is the story expected to be ? 20/30 hours on the critical path, more if you do sidequests.
Would Razmi like curry ? Mariel, Razmi's creator, likes curry so yes probably.
Does Indivisible and SG share the same universe : - Definitely not. No overlaps at all.
When will we see gameplay of DLC characters ? - Much closer to launch or post-launch.
Is voice-acting done or still going? - We are still auditionning
Is there characters that will be LGBTQ+ ? - Yes
Will the retail version of the game be at launch or post-launch ? - At launch, physical versions for all except PC
Razmi's snarky personnality was a surprise after initially thinking she was a dour shaman. Were the personnalities chosen before or after the Incarnations were created ? - at their inception a lot of the characters have a general « core » that the team have in mind, but as developping and story goes, it gets fleshed out. Some of the characters tend to evolve slighty or fill a role that they're great to fill. So we're never too attached to having a character act a specific way from their inception ? They kind of evolve in a natural way, some characters stay the same. One example that comes to mind is Baozhai and Thorani, who kinda serve as the demon and angel on Ajna's shoulders to guide her.
Nice, that was the question I asked on reddit.
I'm fine with this as long as you don't shoehorn and don't make characters' personalities as thick as paper.
I won't talk about genders because I expect people here or elsewhere to block me and/or send me shit for having an opinion.
Just by curiosity, what do you mean by "shoehorn" ?
Make it super annoying, like the extremely flamboyant gay dude that is totally not even a representation of the gay community. Usually the biggest sinner of the group.
OR the dude whose only personality trait is "being gay". Mass Effect 3's Steve Cortez is a good example.
Oh, ok, then we agree.
And I definitely trust L0 to not fall into that and that we'll get tasteful LGBT rep.
As a gay dude myself, I agree wholeheartedly with Argon and Kit. It would be nice if the LGBT character had a compelling personality and just happened to be LGBT. If they can write someone like Leon from Fire Emblem 16 then I will be very happy.
Peter had an interview way back during campaign days that covered LGBT inclusion. Here's a piece of it:
"I don’t think it’ll be a major element, mostly character detail and context. It’s important that we strike the right balance in making it feel natural, but also not call so much attention to it that they’re defined by their sexuality or gender identity. First and foremost, we want to make characters that are defined by what they do and say, not by what they happen to be. So, for example, a side-quest line might be about an Incarnation that Ajna has absorbed that’s worried about their lover. As you do the quests, and you find out the lover is the same gender. Not really meant to be a big reveal, but it’s there, and if you think back on the character and other situations in the game, you’ll realize it makes sense."
The rest of the interview is here. With 25 incarnations there's a huge amount of room to have diversity, which is something that's been a goal of this whole project (having it set in a South East Asian setting with a western world being foreign- something typically presented as the other way around, among other things), and from different characters we've already seen differences being celebrated in ways that don't limit them to stereotypes or by these factors. I think the team will definitely be able to do a good job of making all of this feel natural in the story, and inclusion really means a lot for a wide audience and myself so I'm super glad to see it.
Anyways, we were able to see Indivisible at E3 more than ever, and I'm glad we're getting a lot to talk about lately! Anime Expo is right around the corner and we always get a great amount of content from them so I can't wait. Hope to see some more character implementation, Phoebe and Ren are already somewhat implemented afaik so seeing more of them and others would be cool.
I'm gay, so obviously that is something I'm going to be sensitive to.
We're still writing the dialog and have a sense of who is what.
But I'm honestly not sure we're even going to mention or demonstrate their sexualities, it's just something we have in the back of our minds.
First the characters, THEN whatever they like in bed, if you guys really want that. Nobody is in a hurry and you are the only ones who can decide.
the one time that Skullheart cuts a tweet off and the tweet actually doesn't have any text to cut XD
That's epic though
Where, when, and how please please please make this happen it's so fluffy!
Kind of sounds like they're making fun of Studio Trigger's Kill la Kill.
I kind of love how Hori draws shorts behaving more like shorts than, say, spats. (Unsure if I make sense)
What a good animation too, i love it!
Erm, I actually like the skin-tight bike shorts/spats made out of the mysterious material known only as "anime spandex" which never seems to chafe, get too hot and has a latex-like sheen and thickness to it. Not really only for the sexual appeal, it just looks like it won't get caught on stuff while she's axe-clinging herself up a sheer cliff face.
The only question is of how you even get synthetic fiber pants living in the middle of a practically bare-assed, backwater village in the middle of a forest in a world where the most advanced tech is about late 1800s-era.
Yeah I was gonna say "aren't they supposed to be bike shorts though" then remembered that Ajna lives in like, rural medieval Korea or something. And still has bike shorts.
I guess that's a question to ask at the Lab Zero Panel at AX.
finally got around to playing the update. I love the new changes. Also love the healing on perfect guard. Tis a nice touch. The new boss kind of felt a bit odd, changing between the 2 modes. Still, over all, had a blast. Did forget how to use my "all guard" button though lol
I.... Tend to forget about it too and press everyone's buttons at once. ^-^'
Magic plants make magic pants!
Material science is often limited by what's available. Easy copper and tin deposits yield a bronze age. Tree monsters and healing herbs can likely be harvested into a stretchy, skin-like plant-leather. Said material is also remarkably capable of restraining vigorous fatty deposits without snapping while allowing for full freedom of motion. Elasticity rated T for Teen with all-natural ESRBium.
[Edit] Also, giant bugs don't crush themselves under their own weight via the Square-Cube Law. Wild vines of polyester don't seem that outlandish.
A little interview of Earl : https://wccftech.com/indivisible-interview-e3-2018/
Lots of interesting info in this one. No big exp bumps for bosses might help keep the team from having to artificially spike difficulty after major battles like in most rpgs.
More elaborate cutscenes? I'm excited.
Okay, confirms that there are two or three areas we don't see on the big map.
How much do I have to pay someone to send me one? I love Kikuta.
Writing Indivisible's Story
i really love the direction they're going with ajna, i will admit that at first glance ajna just seems like the standard sporty, easily bored, tomboy character, however hearing that they're not only attempting to make her more than likable from the start but also challenge her along the way makes me very optimistic for her characters arc. i just hope that they also put in a lot work into the other cast members personality's and stories.
