Why not? Everyone I've heard saying it never used it with a negative connotation.
 
If the term "trap" is offensive, is the entire Japanese archetype about it offensive, or just the term?

Because "trans" isn't correct for that archetype. Nor is nonbinary or anything like that. I guess "drag queen?" I'm fine with not calling them traps if they're not specifically dressed in girl's clothes (or just opposite-gender, but generally clothing that are traditionally "men's" are worn by women in environments where it's practical or they'll be taken more seriously), because then the reaction is more "I can't tell what their sex is."
 
BUT ANYWAY yeah that vaguely high pitched voice, if anything, confirms the ambiguity more than not. It kinda makes me think of Chihiro except. not what this could've quickly derailed into. hahaaa

I did like that the bladed ponytail mimicked a snake with fangs, but you have to admit it was a pretty redundant feature in the end. Ren's chain-scythe was already infinitely better at doing whatever the hair would have done. The new bun still sells his personality, is obviously quicker to draw, and won't muddle the silhouette of his weapon during animations. All good, practical changes I think.

Hopefully a certain other incarnation will still be attacking with her hair though!

Lol, as much as I'd like more Filia, I really hope Thorani will still make the cut as a playable character.
 
Oh yeah, Ginseng's first voice line mentions vetala (the creatures left by Kala) i thought it was neat.
I guess we do have intro dialogues for fights? That's good.

Also i'm pretty sure Thorani won't be cut or anything, she was pretty popular when she was revealed.

And in a way i guess Filia is in the game now, hahah

Based on what we've seen, It looks like Ajna can recruit people who were villainous in their past lives, and they don't even necessarily have to agree with her quest. So, Eliza could probably be hijacked into helping Ajna without needing to become a good guy. Dhar seems like he's proof of that.

Although, as much as I love Eliza, i'd rather not see her, Filia, or any other additional guest character in this game. In fact, I'd happily trade all the guest characters for additional character concepts unique to Indivisible. But, other people enjoy the guest appearances, so I can't complain too much.

Turns out he's a pancake fanatic, hence why all his generals have that weird spatula-sword. It goes well with his evil power-inducing super milk, all part of a balanced breakfast. Don't ask about his special syrup, suffice it to say Z0NE's helping with animation...

I only knew Sunil Malhotra from that role but i gotta say the man got range. Really liking that new take on Tungar, fits the character more than the prototype's va (Kyle Hebert i think?)

Really looking forward to see and hear the other vas 'w'

Ooh, she looks good now. Nooot sure if I'm going to use her, depends on how the others end up I guess. I still plan to cycle multiple teams, but not all thirty (or twentysome).

I dunno how I feel about Tungar's new voice. His old voice fit the "fantasy dwarf" vibe he has.

I prefer the new one, prototype one sounded kinda generic.
Oh yeah kinda a weird question but the voices for the backer preview are the definitive ones right?

Also i am definitely planning to put Phoebe in my team! I looove that mix of archer and grappler she has and tbh i was looking forward to see what she could do for a while already... :^)
 
I know they talked about wanting to do multiple supers, but I don't recall if it had been confirmed yet, this update refers to the super shown as "one of her supers" so I guess that's confirmed.
