The setup for the combo is as follows:

c.lk c.mk, c.hp, light stinger, s.mp, j.lp, j.lk, j.mk, j.hp, light c.grab.

The issue I'm having is that I can only seem to pull off the combo near the end up until I transition into the command grab, but sometimes the level of jump height seems to cancel out too soon so the grab doesn't register. should I put my inputs in the air faster? Is there a specific rhythm/gap in time where the input should be done?

I'm playing on PS3 for now.

For character specific stuff post in character threads :)

Anyways, I'm not too sure on what to do BUT when I have issues connecting moves that clearly should work, I tend to try this:

1. Speed up presses after moves
2. Slow down presses (delays)

If I know more about PW I'd help but I'm sure the other players can

Short answer, yes you're too low to the ground for the L air buer to come out. Inputting your normals quicker in the air directly after the launch will certainly allow you to do more in the air, but if its really tight and inconsistent it probably isn't a good combo route to begin with.

I would recommend starting with something easier and then building from there. Practice something like this in the corner to get the feel for it, but also since L buer is better suited for being in the corner or close to the corner: cr.lk, cr.mk, cr.hp xx L stinger, st.mp ^ 9j.mk xx L buer xx fly 5j.mp xx L buer, OTG st/cr.lk, cr.mk, st.hp xx L buer xx DeathCrawl

you may need to input a direction other than neutral on the 5j.mp ( like 8 or 9 ), but without having the game in front of me i believe that should work on just about everybody
