Double=Lv 1 catheads
Squiggly=Silver chord auto tracks opponent
Ms Fortune=Head is invulnerable to damage
Painwheel=Always in Hatred install mode
Parasoul=Becomes motion character
Big Band=Parrying the first attack of a multi hit attack successfully automatically parries the rest of the attacks.
Peacock=Can precisely control when lenny detonates
Fukua=Get's Filia's air dashes
Cerebella=Glide has armor
Valentine=Vials are always completely powered up (lv 3)

just thought of something that would break fukua...

let her have air shadows and be overheads.

One of the "inspiration" characters for Fukua, Shadow from OMF 2097, has an "EX" version of the character (more or less) that has air shadows that travel diagonally down like Fukua air MP fireballs and that hit overhead. Also has a shadow that travels vertically off the screen, then tracks the opponent and comes down wherever they are, grabs them and holds them long enough to start a combo - the EX character can initiate the grab shadow in the air.

Still a bottom tier character in OMF 2097, largely because unlike Fukua you can hit his shadows as though they were Shadow himself :p

Edit - also my answer to the OP question: Make Filia's j.hp hitbox what it looks like it should be going by the sprite.

As everyone knows, when a character starts up their "TRUE ULTIMATE 100% OF MY POWER" mode there's always a shock wave. Fighting games tend to miss this even though its standard DBZ practice.

Give Eliza her voice

Everyone will be so distracted with Michelle Ruff's awesome voice, they won't notice that they're losing.

I got a new painwheel idea. The install activation is now an invincible reversal that knocks the opponent to the opposite side of the screen.

As everyone knows, when a character starts up their "TRUE ULTIMATE 100% OF MY POWER" mode there's always a shock wave. Fighting games tend to miss this even though its standard DBZ practice.

Absolutely not. instead of the normal DBZ effect...here's what you do. it puts them in "block stun" and makes them guard.

That's so over powered. :O
with those fixes it can #buffpainwheel

That’s fine. Big Band’s entire idle animation cycle now deals damage, reaches the entire screen, lacks a hurtbox, and combos infinitely in to itself.

Oh, and it only does one point of damage per hit.

Successful Titan Knuckle will remove the opposing character from the person's team and from the game unless the system is rebooted. Cerebella and Double are immune to this effect.
I think I'm doing it right

Anyway, back to change possibilities that keep the game playable :
Excellebella has entirely hit invincible start up.
My defense against air dashers increases by 30 points just with that.
 
Eliza's s.Lk gets a larger hitbox, covering all of the lower staff.

it seems so. carol's got it so tough that even when you try make up stuff to buff her, she gets nerfed. :)

Cerebella lock'n'loads become jump-cancelable.
For those who don't know about it, jump cancels can be canceled by special moves.
The possibilities...

Valentine's damage is buffed
 
Val's raw tag crosses up in the corner after a vacuum move again like it used to and was (IMHO) unnecessairly changed.
Counter refunds one meter on whiff and cannot be counterhitted.
