Painwheel Coloring Bug

I'm kinda confused, but I was scrolling through Painwheel's colors.
I noticed that the colors on every single palette were...off?

This picture's just one example, but I can get additional screenshots if needed.

When you get into the match, the colors revert to their usual places.
I was just wondering why it was doing this? Is it my computer?
